Prices are incorrect on the shelves. They refuse to sell the items at the prices shown to the customer, so once you get up to the register you will be charged more than what you intended. I was about to buy multivitamins- price on shelf was 34.99 and once I got to the register the price was 44.99. That’s about a 25% difference!!! The cashier told me the store has been without a manager for over a month and even though I asked if she could match the price shown, she refused. I did not purchase the item and ended up leaving. I will not be coming back to this store. I don’t need excuses, I need good customer service and to be charged what I expect to pay. Was there to pick receive an Amazon shipment but also needed to buy some CBD cream for my husband who just recently had knee operation for a shattered tibia.

His surgeon suggested CBD cream because so many of her patients reported back stating how it took away the pain as they were doing deep tissue massage to help their wound heal.

I didn't get the manager's name, but she was extremely helpful. She showed me four different boxes and gave me the prices for each. And, she left me to decide. No pressure. No hard sell.

My buddy and I had the misfortune of experiencing a nightmare at the GNC supplement store recently. Just 15 minutes before closing time, we rushed in to grab our GNC Lit pre-workout drinks, only to find the door locked with a sign indicating the employee was on break. Despite patiently waiting, when the employee finally returned, they completely ignored us and proceeded to lock the doors without a word. When we mustered up the courage to inquire about their untimely break, we were met with astonishingly rude behavior.
