In regard to the mattress, it does the job works well with the 3 inch topper (reason why now rating is 3 stars) About your response, Unfortunately the company missed the whole point, Co went on giving making excuses (as I said before blah, blah, blah, you should have thought about all that before opening your business) as a customer we don't want/care to hear the 1000 & 1 reasons of why, the company does not to do the right thing (be upfront) & inform the client Co keeps all delivery fees. In regard to complaining, about Labor & Industries premiums, they are based on how many injuries happen on the job site (like auto insurance, the worst you drive the higher the premiums) here, the worse the CO is about safety (on the job injuries due to safety issues) the higher the premiums. Also the Company (you) failed to disclose, 25% of the Industrial insurance premium is paid by the Employees/Workers. Sad to see the company's representive(who ever answered this post) hides behind...."we are not a big corporation, we are family business".....Well......here are some example of family owned businesses: -Berkshire Hathaway -Walmart -Exor -Schwarz Group.

Update about delivery: No issues EXCEPT!!!! Reason why now your company is getting 1 star my preference would have been negative 5, however had to put 1 in order to be able to post. Shame, shameful not to be open and honest up-front.
When one (customer) pays for delivery, it is expected that the delivered crew is getting part of the "Delivery" fee.......Like I said before Greedy dis-honest Management!!! Turns out delivery crews only get about a $1.40 for the delivery, soooooo out of the $120.00 charge for delivery & removal crew only got $2.80., leaving greed management (owners) $117.20 if the company has 10 deliveries a day, they are pocketing $1172.00 dollars a day. I understand cost of diesel, bla,bla all excuses greedy management & owners are going to make. PLEASE, please be honest up-front and please Disclose the $120.00 charges are pocketed by the company. Sad, sad, I should have gone with Costco. Hate to be deceived.
Brett was very helpful, no qualms about him. The issue is $100.00 for delivering the mattress? Plus $20 to remove??? Costco....both are free, Quite ridiculous, however is not Brett's fault. Felt bad for him if I canceled the order once I f/o the fee, because of management's greed. Good idea would be to put the price on top of each different mattress(plus cost if delivery & removal). This is the third bed we've bought from them and couldn't be happier with the service. I brought my wife and daughter to help me shop for a bed set for our guest bedroom. When we walked in Bob Rushing came up to us and asked what we would like to see and offered to answer any questions. I explained that we are looking for a full size mattress, box, and definitely want the protective sheet and don't want to spend a fortune on it since it's not going to be used every day. He took us straight to his most budget friendly beds, explained what they were, and moved up to moderately priced beds that were higher quality and had better warranties. This blew me away because I'm so used to retail reps taking you straight to the most expensive and trying to sign you up to a credit card to afford it. We ended up buying a moderately priced one because we liked the bed better and it had a better warrantee. Bob did everything in his power to get us a great price and delivery to our place. His manager happened to come into the store while we were leaving and I told him how happy I was with Bob helping us out. We will be back when my daughter needs a larger bed.
Pros - consistent great service, really good prices, good delivery if you need it (we had them pick up the old mattress last time)
Cons - smaller store than neighbors, don't have the wooden/metal bed frames just the very basic roller ones, not many...

Returned an unopened mattress (the night I brought it home my daughter had picked up one at her mom's) and was told that they don't take refunds ... but sometimes they do. Then Charle told me that he had to talk to the manager to get approval .. but that I would have to bring it back a couple of days from now so that ... the salesman who sold it could process the refund ... then it got even stranger, Charle was the manager!?
When I mentioned this is the first time I have ever run into an issue with returning an item, and surely I couldn't be the first person to ask this, Charlie got upset and said I was calling him a liar (which I didn't).
Ultimately it ended with me leaving, Charlie chasing me with the mattress trying to force me to take it. Crazy and creepy. Just realize you are stuck with whatever they sell you. Better to...
