Ordered take-out of chicken satay, pad thai, yellow curry & pineapple fried rice (see photo) for $55 before tip. This portion looks like it can feed 2-3 people, which comes down to ~$18.40 each....to me that's a lot per head for a lunch meal, but I also recognize that everything costs more. Just griping, but I think portion can be more relative to cost. Food-wise, it was OK. The fried rice was salty; pad thai was on the pale side, not yellowish like how I'm used to. Peanut sauce was good, which made the overall taste better. We all have different tastes & preferences; onto the next Thai place for me.

Just got Uber eats and was not good. Pad Thai was mushy and delivery was 20 mins. Definitely overcooked. 5 pieces of chicken. No bean sprouts of note and a tiny bit of shredded lettuce. I’ve had pad Thai hundreds of time for past 25 years….. not exaggerating worst ever. I usually order because it’s hard to mess up…. Or so I thought. I ordered spicy and 0 spice… Bland AF. Fried rice was good but again little chicken and literally 5 cashews. Understand that ingredients are more expensive than ever. You are going to get charged more or given less. Still you have to serve a good meal.

Benjarong is delicious and welcoming on all accounts. The hostess/server welcomed us to sit anywhere (we were in for dinner on a weekday, very chill inside) and immediately served us some water and we ordered Thai teas. Apps and entrees came out pretty quick and satiated us both. Highly recommend spring rolls, the spicy garden dish, and pair with Pad Thai of course. Go for spicy! Though curry is always tempting.

Wish I could give half or no star. Worse thai food restaurant I've ever been to. You are better off saving your money and going somewhere else.

The food was bland- 4 star is their max, ordered 4 star and it wasn't spicy at all. Ordered the prik king, chicken was way too over cooked and dry. My boyfriend ordered the phad thai with shrimp, came out burnt. When we told the waitress, she replied with, "oh, it's burnt? Let me ask the cooks if it is." She returned with a new one, which was still burnt and had flakes of the wok in it (we tasted it, it wasn't pepper) the shrimp looked undercooked, my boyfriend had about 3 bites before he stopped and had a stomach ache. He ordered a side of peanut sauce with it and it didn't even taste like peanut sauce, it had a tangy sour taste to it.

The customer service? HORRIBLE. This is the main reason I will NEVER return. When asked to see a manger, was told their wasn't a manager and we would have to speak to one of the cooks. They were not fluent in English and ended up yelling and speaking to us in a condescending tone. The waitress, at this point, called the owner on the phone and she apologized on their behalf, but the staff kept staring at us angrily, speaking under their breath, which we could still hear them saying not nice things. She said she would comp us the phad thai, but upon walking out unhappy and returning home, we noticed our change was short --- the waitress STILL billed us for the full amount. So lesson learned to always check the change first, as it seems the staff aren't paying attention to their till when you...

Do not order takeout from their website. I did and showed up to pick up my food only to find out that my order had not been placed with them. The lady at the front was extremely rude and dismissive to me. She did not seem concerned or even interested to hear that I had ordered and paid for a meal even though I had a receipt that had been sent to my phone proving that a food order had been placed. She informed me that I was wasting her time trying to explain my situation. Now I have no dinner, I’m out $35 and my credit card may have been hacked! She told me in an irritated tone that it was not her problem to fix, that I would have to figure it out. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I have never spoken to a customer in the way that she spoke to me. Shame on you! You shouldn’t treat people that way! I will never give them my business again! I vote...

The food was incredibly lack luster. For the quality and quantity very over priced. Ordered: crispy garlic chicken, it tasted like cheap fish paste and very over cooked, the paradise prawns were palatable, the sauce was quite diluted and soupy. None of it came w even a small side of rice - which was an extra $2. Asked for peanut sauce and had been excited at the portion that came but that to was quite diluted, flavorless & soupy and they charged $3 for it. Would've been happy to pay the prices, had the food been half of what it promised to been. Politely sent the chicken back because it was to awful and it seemed they staff was genuinely offended :/ it made us quezy for the rest of the evening. I will not be back anytime soon. Though I am told the pad Thai is decent. I had had come to expect more from the Covington area, especially after the...
