The food here was fresh and tasted great. I'm actually thrilled to have such a good Thai restaurant this close. Service was wonderful but communication was a bit difficult because the waitress speaks very little English. I'm not saying that in a rude way, she just brought up a translation app on her phone and we managed just fine. The other issue I had was their menu. It leaves out pricing information (for instance pad kee Mao was $13 I asked for prawns as a protein because it didn't indicate a price change of $4) They don't list protein choices and everything has shellfish in it. My husband is vegetarian but he was fine with it. However if you're a strict vegetarian, vegan or have a shellfish allergy this place is not for you. He also asked for water and was given a water bottle. This is when the app came in because he just wanted tap water, which he did end up getting. The bottled water is only $1 but he didn't want to pay for it when you can get it free. Over-all I'd definitely go back to try other dishes because the food was so good and the place...
Read moreI was in the area near the Vehicle Licensing office and decided to look for a spot for lunch. Luckily, I stumbled upon a Thai restaurant—clean, modern, yet with an atmosphere that reminded me of my travels in Asia, where the ground floors of residential buildings often become cozy eateries. It brought back so many memories. We tried the Duck & Pork Belly combination. Duck was impeccable. Love their version of pork belly which has a certain chewiness and a nice crunch from the skin. The red curry (asked for 4 for heat) and it was mild with a little smoldering kick. Beautiful! We are heading back as we saw another table ordered the lunch special. Generous portion of curry, noodles & appetizer.
So if you love Thai food or simply want to try one, this is highly recommended—authentic atmosphere and nostalgia...

The pad Thai was very slimy and tasted worse than microwave ones from the supermarket. The crispy garlic chicken had barely any breading on it and tasted strange - not like any we have had at other Thai places. I cannot recall ever before throwing away restaurant food (even when it’s been bad, it’s been bland but hey it’s calories) and we actually did with this one because we were so disappointed and off put. Hoping it was a one-off mistake with the cooks? But it was a Saturday afternoon, you’d think it would be popular...
