August 14th at 3:00 in Covington Georgia the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard of I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I've never heard of not giving someone a refill for a drink especially on a hot day I had an infant in the car asleep so I went through the drive-through and when I came in after drinking my drink I asked for refill before leaving the store and they refused even with my receipt showing that it had only been 10 minutes since I had received my food. Ciara it was entirely ridiculous I will never come back to the store it will have to be destroyed and rebuilt before I ever come back and this is my warning to everyone I have been more than patient with this store since it opened and it has consistently been the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to in My Life over and over and over again from lack of communication to missing receipts to missing sandwiches to piss poor management that doesn't move swiftly they are so slow they don't understand urgency they have broken fans outside they have a problem when you want to look at a menu while you're ordering like you're supposed to already have the menu memorized. I thought it first maybe it was the owner like come on why are we only using one lane but then I thought well maybe it's the management but I can see clearly now it's the entire staff this place is toxic I will never come back and all the good people are completely gone I don't see them anywhere in sight. My daughter is the valedictorian of her high school she knows completely all about customer service she knows how to treat people and these people were highly disrespectful to me and my children.I decided to come inside to see if there was anything I could do or anything I needed to help with but I was instead rudely interrupted by another employee who turned out to be prejudiced I guess even though this large redhead is white she's still very prejudiced two white people because she had just given another black person a refill right in front of me and then told me that I couldn't get a refill. previously given this door four stars and now unfortunately I can only give you one star and I have to warn everyone that this is not the place to go go anywhere in Covington except for here.I KNOW it was A4 but today it's dropping to a complete one star only because I have to give it one star but out of the entire state of Georgia this has got to be consistently the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to one lane is constantly closed both entrances to this store are causing a havoc on the road there's a wreck about to start even entering the store every time I come here I was not given a receipt there was an extra large size redhead inside the store harassing my young thin beautiful daughter I felt like it was racist all the good looking people are gone everyone there has an attitude this is not the first time I've been here and I've had to beg for a receipt I don't get a receipt I'm overcharged half of my order wasn't there there was a hair in it and the list goes on and on and on so I will never come back but today of all days was the worst it was a hot day outside my baby was asleep in the car I came back inside I stayed in the car I see my daughter inside to get a refill because I didn't want to wake up my child in the car so I went through a drive-thru. t I almost paid for someone else's food?!??!(I felt rude ,asking this guy...can you repeat the order!?) And he could not. The. I offered an easier challenge and asked with my NAME...IS THIS THE RIGHT NAME FOR THE ORDER, HE WENT OFF LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT CAR... WITHOUT AN APOLOGY, HOWEVER I WAS GRATEFUL TO Have AVOIDED BEING OVER CHARGED AND TRYING TO RETURN FOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF A LONG LINE. MAYBE.Disconnected from the reality of what these honest hard working folks really feel and do JUST BEING TOO HARD...BUT THE FOOD WAS DELISHOUS THATS ALL WE Chick-fil-A customers ITS A GOOD THING.

BRADEN, the manager, REFUSED to serve my breakfast at drive thru after I wanted to pay at the window [as have ALWAYS PAYED at the drive thru window -- and BRADEN even ran out STARING towards my car rudely] BRADEN VISIBLY UPSET came over to my car STOPPING me from approaching to the drive thru window raising his voice asking me WHY DIDN'T YOU PAY UP THERE! I was shocked he even asked me that and so rudely -- I was deeply offended and after watching and listening to him I felt grave disrespect and discrimination
I responded I always pay at the drive thru window. ---- However, BRADEN continued asking why didn't you pay up there! After BRADEN continued asking this same question at least 5 times raising his voice and refused to listen to me I finally responded I HAVE A RIGHT TO PAY AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW
So apparently the girl who took my order walked up to the drive thru telling them I would pay at drive thru window, I even gestured and waved THANK YOU to her.
BRADEN claims the girl told him that I said she was going to "steal" the portable kiosk that accepts payments. OH MY GOD - I NEVER SAID THAT.
I explained to him that after she kept pressuring me to not pay at the drive thru window I finally told her that I ALWAYS pay at the drive thru window because those portable machines can get stolen. So she said she would go tell the drive thru window I'd pay there.
Well, BRADEN, the manager, runs out to my car speaking very rudely questioning me several times sounding interrogating 'WHY I wanted to pay at the drive thru window' I told him I ALWAYS PAY at drive thru window ☆☆☆ BRADEN then accused me of saying I told the girl she would steal the portable money machine [kiosk]! I immediately and calmly explained several times that she was not telling the truth and was mistaken if that's what she thought she heard me say. I never said SHE would steal anything! Nevertheless BRADEN the manager ARGUED ME DOWN and had apparently made up his mind PRIOR to me approaching the drive thru window NOT to serve me at all evidenced by his unprofessionalism, cutting me off at the drive-up window, rudely approaching my vehicle arguing and continued to label me a liar and humiliate me in front of waiting customers and workers even after I tried repeatedly telling him I never accused the girl of stealing BRADEN still adamantly denied me service and my food stating "IM GOING TO GO WITH...
Read moreI enjoy the food at most chick-fil-a franchises but I had a particularly hard time placing my order and getting what I asked for this morning at this location. I usually get a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with chicken. The young lady looked at me perplexed and asked me what did I mean. That piece of chicken really threw her off. I explained that I just wanted a simple bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and just add a piece of chicken from a chicken biscuit to it. She was like a dear in headlights. I said if it's really that much trouble just give me a chicken biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. She said no i got it and took my order and told me to move ahead. I get to the window and my order isn't ready and I'm asked to move up. I waited 8 minutes for the guy to bring me my food. I open the bag and it was there was a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a separate bag with a single piece of grilled chicken in it. I had already been in this line for 25 minutes. There's no way I was going to waist more time addressing the mistakes. This was my first visit to this new location and I am not impressed. These servers were not your typical happy happy joy joy chick fil a workers. The sandwich was dry and falling apart in the bag(more than usual). They screwed up my order. Drive through took over 25 minutes and it wasn't breakfast rush or lunch rush. The most disturbing thing about my visit is that upon entering their drive-thru, there is NO WAY TO GET OUT OTHER THAN WAITING IN LINE! I don't appreciate being forced to stay on a line that is slow! Coming to get a chicken sandwich should not be for better or worse, in sickness and in health and should not require such a commitment! What if I need to get back to work at a certain time?
