This location has gone downhill since a bunch of employees left over the last 2-3 years. Recently, I went to pick up an in-store order and the Assistant Manager Jasmine was not only rude but acted as I was not welcome in the store. In addition, the employees often hold items such as seasonal plush, ornaments in high demand including limited and other merchandise that they only get a few of so customers don’t have the opportunity to buy them. I love this store so much! You can’t find any of these items anymore at any other stores or stores even similar to it. Everything you could want from the obvious cards of all types to precious moments, willow tree carving, tons and tons of Hallmark Christmas ornaments and they even carry loungefly!! They have it all and it’s my go to shop for birthday and gifts of all kinds. Never, have I ever, been treated so rudely and my business unappreciated as I was on March 14th around 1 :30 pm. Purchases totally $44.35.
