I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. This happened just minutes and hours ago by Pool City who up until this point was great but today the delivery was scheduled for our new patio furniture which we purchased several weeks ago. $7,000 approximately on a sofa along with 3 chairs. The truck shows up with 2 of the chairs in boxes and new and one chair was a floor model which I quickly determined by the shrink wrapped everything together. They had the audacity to deliver a several thousand dollar sofa that was a floor model attempting to tell me it’s what I agreed which I clearly did not. My bill of sale was for new furniture and they tried to sneak one past me…..salesman James Wheeler admitted that this never should’ve been done and then was incredibly short with me. I would avoid this business if at all possible which it pains me to say that. Pool city has offered a refund which I am waiting to see if it’s processed….given the way pool city has treated us I’ll believe it when I see it. Waited what was supposed to be 6 weeks turned into 12 weeks for jacuzzi, then when delivered it showed up with wrong cover that sinks in the water while contaminating it. Been going on another 3 weeks with no fitting cover yet. Had to buy a gazebo type deal to cover the spa from my neighbors leaves. The so called cover lift that was installed has now been removed because the guy over tightened the screws putting it together and snapped a couple screw heads off. Doesn't work anyways because I never got the proper cover for the spa. Partial holes drilled into the seats of the inside of the spa. Emailed the salesman with no response to that. Sent photos. Emailed the salesman about a cover which is required per local ordinance and he said he's looking into it. Bought a filter at the store for $54 and got a 2 pk of the same filter from the same company online for $40. It's really a shame you spend $6k of your hard worked money and get this kinda BS. They helped us pick out the appropriate table (Brunswick Botanic) and determine the best upgrades based on our individual needs. We got a great deal during the Black Friday sale, including a free ping pong table conversion top. The installation process was straight forward and without stress. The installer called within 3 days of the purchase, set a date within 2-3 weeks, and kept their commitment. We wanted the table installed before Christmas, and they made it with a week to spare.
