I’ve gone here multiple times and every time there’s an issue at night. They will have issues hours before close where they aren’t accepting orders because they are “closed” but they actually shouldn’t be or they make excuse like the register is down come back in 10 min one time I came back after 10 min and they said same excuse. One occasion saw a woman behind the counter fill up a baby bottle with soda, another instance same woman 3 kids were in the lobby when it was closed at 11:30 PM. I have no issues with having your kids at work , but you still have to do the work…. Another instance I ordered a quesadilla the cheese wasn’t melted , another time some bf or husband behind in the kitchen was just walking around eating food with bare hands. I’ve given this Taco Bell SO many chances probably 15-20 bc I love Taco Bell, and I feel bad for whoever owns this establishment because having employees shut the business down hours before is cutting into $ the business needs plus the bad quality hoping management sees this and makes changes quickly. Sometimes random friends are behind the counter too etc but the amount of times I’ve been told that the business is closed is a million and it’ll be like very early in the night and I’ll drive down the road to a diff Taco Bell and they will be open and their website says open until 1 AM so makes NO sense especially when there’s children in the lobby and you’re clearly Still on the clock… but she isn’t the only one many of the employees here purposely are on the clock and not working lol I low key wish I had this job!
Went in again on July 5th the quesadilla cheese not melted, baby / husband are...
Read moreWe went through around 11:30pm last night (Saturday 12-16) google says the place is open until 2am, I understand that may differ with covid restrictions or whatever, but they were indeed open, no one in line, we pull up and the lady taking the order is immediately rude, and I was able to very clearly upset her with my large order, so she got more rude, all while I was completely calm and handled it as respectfully as possible, I started my order and she said "were holding on meat" and I told her I was willing to wait, im a calm person, I worked a drive through, I know how it works, I guess she didn't like that I was willing to wait instead of just pulling off? So I continue with my order and the very next item I order she says "sir we can't make that, we turned our grills off" and I asked why, she said it was because they're closing in a few minutes, by this time it was like 11:39 and I asked "a few minutes as in 11:44? When do you close?" Without giving me a straight answer, someone else hops on the mic, he sounded about 14, mid puberty, claiming to be a manager, confirming everything she said, my guess is that whoever runs the schedule decided it'd be wise to let the 2 most childish & rude children run the drive through by themselves, but whatever, we went to the one on dixie, that was WAY more busy, who took our order with no issue, I attempted to call the establishment next day to let whoever runs this garbage taco bell know about this, but the phone doesn't work, this taco bell won't last, hopefully they throw a Wendy's...
Read morewent through the drive thru around 10:30 pm for a late night snack after work. i had ordered 2 drinks, 3 chipotle burritos, cinnamon twists, and the nacho bell grande with only tomato shredded cheese and meat. get to the window to pay and we were told to pull forward that our stuff would be out soon. that is when we realized we were charged for a grilled cheese burrito that we did not order but we weren’t going to make a deal of it. the food gets brought out and we are missing out drinks so we go back around to get them and i realize that my nachos have an onion on them. i politely told the guy at the window that he had forgotten our drinks and he gave them to us, then i asked if they could remake my nachos because they had liquid cheese and onions on them. well then the mod (who was a blonde haired guy with purple eye shadow) on duty came over to the window and yelled to me “i made your nachos and there is no onions on them” which i responded with yes there is and then he made me pick out the onions and then rolled his eyes and said “one onion are you serious” at this point i was so mad. i work at a restaurant and at no point would i make a customer pick out onions and show them to me thought the dt window. at that point is when i brought up the over charge and the manager was just out raged. terrible...
