First of al the entire place is very clean and organized. Second of all and the most important part is Kendrick who works there. Mr Kendrick is one of the best employees when it comes to customer service that I have ever dealt with. I had a slight issue with a washer that I bought and he went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of to resolve the issue. Aarons better promote this man before he finds something better because he is the type of person that can can make a company successful all by himself.

Aarons was okay when I first started working with them then I leave a message for Miss Becky and she does not know how to fully communicate to the other team when a furniture set needs to be picked up. Then it is always "I don't know anything about that" when you ask other staff members about the status of a pickup. Well do y'all know anything? I called almost two weeks ago about something being picked up and there still was no update after A WEEK. Then I have people showing up to my apartment randomly with no heads up or planning or communication at all. DO BETTER!! oh and mr august or whatever your name is you need to know what IS GOING ON AND BE MORE PROACTIVE WITH WHAT GOES ON IN YOUR STORE SINCE IT'S "I don't know anything about that." Worst store ever to deal with. Tell you what don't even get 1 day late on your payment or they will keep calling 2 to 3 times a day until you answer. If you don't answer in 2 days they will end up coming by your house and harass you. I even had them pull in and block me as I was backing out in my car. The man jumped out came to my window and went off on me saying I owe them money and just got paid so I should pay them. They don't know my finacial issue and it's wrong for them to do this just because I am 1 day late. They have to hound me for payment. Again what a joke. They never heard of the federal collections act. We're collector are only allowed to call once a day for seven days. I have made multiple complaints with management and cooperation and nothing...

I ordered a washer and dryer online from this location. I accidentally transposed a number . The associates working at this location still managed to get in touch with me and schedule a delivery time. There turned out to be a mix up in the scheduling and the store manager and accounts manager personally came out and setup my new appliances in order to make everything right. They went above and beyond to do the right thing by the customer. They showed great customer service skills, something that is normally lacking in a lot of businesses today.
