I wasn’t going to write a review the first time I had a terrible experience with the scheduling employee. The reason being, everyone doesn’t have a great day and people go thru things in life, so I had let it go. After today , I regret doing this. To begin the employee who originally set up my appointment was nasty and rude very argumentative. Long story short, I finally got my appointment as a new patient today. The front desk employees are not friendly and very robotic. They are suppose to be the face of gastro health and let me tell you , it’s the worst face they have representing the company. As I was leaving my appointment, I needed to stay to schedule my procedure. The older lady who is scheduling the procedure has no sense of reaction to her face very poker face and robotic. She was super rude and questioned me about the appointment time that I asked for. Nonetheless, was very insensitive nasty and didn’t take the time to explain anything about the procedure. Just highlighted the paper stapled it and said here you go every thing you need is in here. All I received was attitude, rudeness, and the feeling of being dismissed. Read moreI made an appt to see Dr. Speer in Nov 2021. All seemed well, then about 2 days before my appt I get a call from their scheduling with a voicemail to call back about some chart (unclear in the voicemail). I call their number back about 30 mins later and they say all looks fine, they don't see any notes, just bring my labs to the appt. I show up today and the front desk ladies say I needed a new VA referral, because it expired back in May 2021! How was I able to make an appt in Nov if it expired in May? The heavy-set lady's patronizing response, "Aww, so sorry."
This isn't the first time I've had problems with them. The first appt they scheduled for me, they didn't even show up to the office (Crestview), didn't answer their phones, no notice as to what was going on.
