Since my son is going off the engineering school, We carried my his computer in for a refresh and to have the screen replaced. The refresh was done the same day and the screen was ordered. When the screen came in, the owner called me and walked me through my options since the computer was older, and it was gonna cost a significant amount of money to replace the screen since other parts would likely be needed to repair the case as well. Since the screen still worked his recommendation was to use the computer until we need a new one and then purchase a new computer. He could’ve replaced the screen and taken my money but instead he did the right thing and gave me all the options and allowed me to choose. I respect his honesty.
