Habitat for Humanity Restore - Crestview — Local services in Crestview

My husband and I bought a washer/dryer set here for $699 about 5 weeks ago. The two at the checkout counter informed us that they have tested the set and that they work great…. What they failed to inform us was that the washer violently shakes during the rinse cycle no matter what setting it’s on. The shaking is so bad that it shifts from one end of the laundry room to the other and rips the hose out of the wall leaving water everywhere. I’m unable to wash clothes on a complete cycle and I’m forced to stop the load each time as it’s so bad….. Very frustrating that we spent so much on this set and we are unable to use...

I found the prices for the furniture especially high for 1: being used and 2: being in Crestview. The Fort Walton Beach store has way better prices which to me was surprising. I realize that the money they make goes towards a great cause, but I dont think thats a good reason to have high prices. More people would likely shop there compared to other thrift stores if the prices were...
