As much as I hate leaving negative reviews. I am too upset not to. The 1st time I went to Majestic Nails I had a great experience. I even sent several people their way including my own daughter. But this last time has been ridiculous and frustrating. I went in on an appt on Sat, middle of the morning. I took my 16 year old daughter. I got the older gentleman, not sure of his name, and from the beginning it was frustrating. We had a miscommunication on the length and shape of my nails. I have always gotten almond shape but cut short. He kept saying that wasn't possible. He tried to make them longer, because of my work I can't have longer nails. So he eventually got them to the length and shape I wanted. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't really look at my nails. I met up with my daughter and future daughter in law and they were laughing at how crooked and lopsided my nails were. I paid $50 for the solar nails I expect to have nails that look professional. They were closed Sunday. The earliest I could get back was Monday evening. I went in and explained the issue I have, the crooked, lopsided and bubbles. I did not want the same nail technician, but he was called out. He did not attempt to redo the lopsided nail just file it... Which didn't help at all. In the process of filing trying to fix the other nails he cut my finger and I asked for a band aid and he didn't even acknowledge I spoke. He just kept going until I ripped my hand away. There are also bubbles in 2 of my nails and they said it was from my real nail! However, that area has a white tipped put on. I thought I'd found a descent place when I first went to them. However, after this last ordeal I will not be back, nor will my daughter. I also will no longer send business their way. If I had to take time out to come all the way back in, someone else should have fixed my nails, also I should've gotten some sort of compensation for the crappy work. I am not happy and advise anyone who goes in there stay away from the older thinner man....

I wish you could do negative star reviews because I am never going here again. The people and service were horrible. Me and my boyfriend came to get my nails done and everything was going pretty good. My pedicure was ok and then we moved on to my nails. The guy asked me what length and I told him and then processed to tell him that I wanted almond shaped nails. He told me that he couldn’t because they were to short (which is not true because I get them at this length all the time) Anyways since I couldn’t have the shape I wanted, I then asked him to shorten them but instead of listening he told me he will later and started the acrylic process instead. I tried to tell him I wanted to see it before but he didn’t listen. So after the process I told him I wanted shorter and he got all mad about it and started making me feel bad for wanting my nails to look good to me. I was starting to get emotional and finally told him to just take them off. He then starting yelling at me because I didn’t want them and then the lady joined it and got all mad too and said that I had to pay. My boyfriend was so close to just paying and leaving because he could see that I was about to cry. I finally called my mom and had her come up and talk to them since they wanted to make me pay for something that I tired to tell them I didn’t want. The lady then said she would fix the problem (and make them almond at the length I was told I couldn’t have almond) and that I just need to talk (which I was) So I sit down to get my nails “fixed” and oh how I wish I could post a picture. They look so bad and I really don’t want anyone to see them. I wish I could post a picture because you guys would cry with me. I just wanted some nice nails for graduation but instead got my boyfriend trying to keep me from crying in my car because they look so bad. The absolute worst experience ever!!! If I could give this place a negative star review, I would in a heartbeat! This was my second visit. The first time I had a fresh set put on and they were all crooked and different lengths. I asked for glitter starting from the cuticles and fading out at the tips and the guy just slopped some glitter where ever on each nail. This time I went back for a fill in and gave the benifit of the doubt and thought they were just having a bad day last time and that it couldn't possibly be that bad again.. I was oh so wrong!!! They are all crooked and some are squared off and some are rounded. The guy tried to rush through it and never filed down the tips and got mad at me for asking (politely) for him to file them shorter and YELLED at me in front of everyone that I should have said something before he put the nail file away. (He charged me an extra $4 to file them, when he didn't do it in the first place, it's not as if I asked for an extra service) he was so mad that I asked that he filled my nails so hard it took the skin off my finger tips and they kept bleeding!! He had to put some kind of chemical on them (like super glue) to stop the bleeding long enough to paint them. everyone was staring at me from him yelling at me so I didn't stick around to let my nails dry under the light because I was so embarrassed. I left crying, and I am usually a very understanding person. I know people have bad days and you can't expect perfect every time but this was outrageous. My nails look sloppy and the service was the absolute worst!! I will not be going back. He spent about 5 minutes total on my nails and it was very very obvious that he was rushing though it and not paying any attention to what...
