I walked in to order on 9/30/2025 at 8pm a tall skinny guy in a hat walks up to the counter to take my order. He absolutely stunk of very potent weed . the smell about knocked me out!!
he asked what I would like. I told him I wanna order 2 pizzas. I told him I wanted the pretzel crust pizza. the one with cheese sauce and pepperoni. he then says do you want pepperoni or just cheese on that??? I’m thinking wow I literally just said pepperoni!!! so I repeat myself and say PEPPERONI!!!once again
I then ordered the new cheesy garlic cheese pizza. nothing added on just the way it’s advertised. I EVEN SHOWED HIM A PICTURE OF IT ON MY PHONE!!!
it was like $16 for the 2 pizzas. so I paid and left the store to sit in my vehicle while they were baking. I definitely wasn’t gonna sit inside breathing the awful smell of weed.
I came back in at 8:23 pm
The same guy that took my order before looked right up at me walking through the door. He says hey how’s it going? CAN I TSKE YOUR ORDER? I’m thinking dear god he cannot be serious right now.
I said I’ve already ordered. Then took a seat in one of the chairs in the waiting area. it finally registers with him that I was in here just a little bit ago. he's like let me go see if those are ready for you. he comes back a couple minutes later after getting my pizzas out of the pizza heater on the back side of the register.
he hands them to me and I tell him thankyou and to have a great night.
I drive out of little Caesar’s and stop and a gas station down the street. on my way out I’m like let me check these pizzas out. since that encounter was awkward!
I Open the lid to find a normal cheese pizza with No pepperoni. It had pizza sauce and normal crust that was lined very heavy with course pretzel salt????? this was supposed to be pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni!!!!!
I then opened the other pizza box. it in fact was the cheesy garlic pizza I ordered. it smelled super garlicky but it barely had any sauce on it!!! the pizza was also super super oily!!!! I honestly couldn’t even believe what I was looking at. but I realized I didn’t get a receipt.
never again will I eat at this place until management or the employees here change.
it’s absolutely ridiculous that these workers cannot comprehend how to make a pizza when that is literally there job!!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau tomorrow.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO EAT AT THIS PLACE!!! I KNOW YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE YOUR TIME WASTED WITH THE WRONG ORDER!

First I’ll take responsibility for my wife ordering our order at 6pm until 5:00. She did the order online (2nd mistake) then paid for it online (3rd mistake). When she realize she put the wrong time on pickup she went back to the app within 5 minutes and it does not allow cancellations! Even an hour and 30 minutes out from pickup? Okay so she calls location and 1st ask if they can move order up? “Nope we can’t we are required to do orders as they come through the system.” I assume this because Corp doesn’t trust that a local manager can think for themselves and make decisions. So I arrive early and find out the situation. I ask them if they can just cancel the order. Still 50 minutes early. Manager says he can early. I’m here for over 20 minutes and still waiting. All this for cheaper than freezer aisle pizza. As soon as order is cancelled I’m on my way to Hometown Pizza. Suggestion to Corp. Fix your app to allow modifications with certain windows and train your team on how to use the systems. Quick note now that I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes they offer to go ahead and put the order in and have it ready in 10 minutes. Nope cancel please…. Of course manager ain’t sure how to cancel. Has to reach another manager. This will be last time I order from here. I was going to do a 2 star review because it’s not local teams issue but now it’s getting ridiculous. Read moreGot the online receipt for my order at 7:03pm. Pizzas were expected to be ready at 7:30. Drove 15 minutes to the store to pick them up at 7:30. Waited in the drive-thru for a little over 20 minutes before I finally got to talk to someone at the window. Appearing stressed, he said it would be about another 20 minutes on my pizzas, and this was at 7:55pm. I pulled in a parking spot out front and waited. Went in the store at 8:15 to ask about the pizzas and was told it would be about another 15 minutes because they hadn't even been made yet.
At this point I had already missed the beginning of the NFL game and had guests at the house waiting on the pizzas. I asked to switch the order to delivery and he said it wasn't possible. I had to cancel the order, drive home, and reorder the pizzas and pay a delivery fee and a generous tip (I knew the driver was not at fault for the store's mishap), despite the fact that I already driven to the store myself and wasted 1 hour and 15 minutes of my time driving and waiting at the store. We eventually received the pizzas at 9:30pm, costing more than double the price I had originally paid.
