Absolute worst most frustrating experience in a location ever. Quoted a fair price and signed up in October. Out of 6 months our bill has changed and significantly increased 4 times already as illustrated in the photo for proof. First excuse was reasonable because of bill credits from first bill. Second was a glitch in their system they âfixedâ. Third time couldnât be explained but after they would not call me back I spent well over an hour on the phone where they again âfixedâ the issue by changing my plan and I later found out this took out all our applicable discounts. No problem right unless they decide that no one at this store will even call you back. After getting Charlesâs personal number to fix it since he too will not call you back, he proceeds to tell me he canât do anything and I have to call customer service again. I mean they canât fix what they keep doing to screw with our account but who wouldnât want to pay a mortgage like bill for cell phone service. My experience with several of the reps in this store is that they genuinely do not care and they donât handle negative feedback very well at all. They are highly trained in two responses. âPlease calm downâ and âI canât do anything about thatâ. I forgot one, âweâll call you within 48 hoursâ but they wonât.    Read moreI go to the Verizon "authorized retailer" at 6007 Pleasant Colony Ct in Crestwood. I get there at 825pm (they close at 9pm) to add a line of service on. I go to walk in the store and a guy meets me at the door and I look at him and say "are you guys closing or something?" He says "we are about to" and just looks at me. Seeing that he clearly does not want my business I turn around and get in the car.
Now I'm annoyed because I took my son there to get his new line and I see that they don't close for another 35 minutes. (I worked at Verizon for years... this allowed us plenty of time) I look in the store and see two workers laid back in chairs playing on their phones. I come back in and ask don't they still have open doors for another 30 minutes? One guy said "oh well we have a meeting tonight." I told him how this looks and how unprofessional this all was and again he just stares at me...
WHAT is wrong with people any more ? I'd be happy to give my business to anyone that .... just does what they say they will. Open till 9pm. I don't even expect people to go above and beyond any more just do the bare...

Being senior citizens, we have a lot of questions and he answered many of them more than once. He was so understanding. My beloved spouse and myself were overwhelmed with all of the ins-and-outs of changing to a different provider and we had lots of questions and concerns. Dan was able to answer all of them above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. He is simply amazing and is the best salesperson we have ever encountered in our entire lives.
