(Photos added only to prove I did indeed work here and I am not a liar despite the owners silly insistence that I "never worked at this dealership") I had many of my tools stolen and my toolboxes ransacked by my so-called friends and coworkers while I was on an extended absence from work. I do not recommend working at this dealership's service department as it is infested with thieves that cost me well over a thousand dollars in tools that I had owned for many years that were very precious to me. There is no such thing as integrity, respect, and empathy among their mechanics. The only reason I have ANY tools left at all is because one of my former coworkers was nice enough to call me and warn me of another mechanic's intentions to take most of them with him when he quit. The experience really shattered my trust in others as I was housebound/in and out of hospital with severe medical issues at the time and didn't think for a minute that my coworkers would ransack/lose/rent out/steal my tools in my absence. I have nothing against this dealership's management (up until the owner accused me of writing a fake review, that is.) or sales department, but never in my life have I been so betrayed during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. Edit: No, Mr. Stahl, this is NOT fake. I just don't use my real name for my Google account because I reserve the right to remain anonymous wherever I feel it is necessary. That's a pretty bad look for you to immediately smear a less-than-stellar review as "fake". I even went out of my way to state I had no issue with the sales staff of management but I guess we can amend the former after your foolish remark. Hell, I'll even throw in some random photos I took inside of the service department during my time there.

Woke up sad. Could’ve journaled, gone for a walk, maybe even called a therapist. Instead, I went to Glenn dealership in Crestwood, Kentucky — the Jeep place that just happens to have Broncos — and met Ben, a man who asked zero questions and handed me the keys to a new coping mechanism. Did I need a Bronco? No. Did Ben stop me? Also no. Am I now the proud owner of a slightly used, slightly impulsive life choice? Absolutely. Five stars for Ben, five stars for Glenn, and five stars for enabling my financial decisions to match my emotional ones

One of the worst stealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a 2016 Q50 Premium from them and in the first week the catalytic converter went out, they offered to fix it then backed out when they found out how much it would cost. They installed new brakes on the car before I bought it and their techs are so incompetent that they forgot to take the plastic wrap off of the rotors before installing them. When I brought it back telling them something was wrong they “couldn’t find the problem”. Not to mention the problem of the dual climate messing up 2 days after I bought it as well. I spent $20k+ on this car with an extended warranty and they can’t even fix the brakes which is their own mess up. If you want to buy a car don’t go to them whatsoever. Edit 1: No, brake rotors are to not have any film on them and are to be cleaned with brake cleaner and the techs are supposed to use gloves when installing them to keep from getting any natural oils your body produces off the rotor. Edit 2: You offered to pay half of a $5600 bill after YOU sent me to Louisville Infiniti but then told me that you would rather have the work done at your shop, where your techs messed up a simple brake job. Then you called me to tell me you couldn’t drop 3k on the tools to fix it. Also Infiniti said there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearings not the brakes. I’m aware the car was as is but it’s crazy you all did a whole botched brake job but didn’t even change the oil or air filters which were both black before you sold it. I’ve sold cars privately and made sure the car was sound before the new owner bought it. Guess that’s the difference between me and you. I’m a decent human being and you’re a scam artist.

After 2.5 years, a few thousand dollars, and inspections by multiple mechanics, the problem with the jeep compass purchased from Glenn Chrysler has been identified! A corroded dent in the left front submount frame was found. My goal was never to be angry, have feelings that originated from obvious negligence, or bring disruption to the flow of a business. That is not my personality. But 95% of my dealing with Glenn Chryler was a nightmare. If a company, like Glenn Chrysled, is going to offer a product, then they should stand behind it, be attentive to what they are charging people money for, and offer decent customer service. There were 2 mechanics at Glenn Chrysler that did an excellent job at trying to help when I'd taken the jeep to be looked at because of issues noticed shortly after buying it. I'd explained to those 2 mechanics that I'd lost my previous behicle in a traumatic incident and was seeking a solution to the problem with this major purchase I'd just made from Glenn Chrysler. They were understanding and offered their input, communicated their ideas and shared their automotive expertise. Beyond that experience with them, however, it felt like being punished for naively buying a damaged vehicle and then trying to find out what the problem was. I understand not every place can have a full working knowledge or history on everything they sell, all the time. It'd be unfair to believe that. But the lack of attention, poor customer service, and inability to offer any type of possible solution or loyalty to one's product was alarming. What i bought from Glenn Chrysler was a ticking time bomb. Repairs over the course of 2.5 yrs included the following: TWO sets of lower control arms. Brakes, rotors, calipers 3x. Shocks and struts 2x. A set of 4 brand new tires. And another used tire, to replace the one that had a nail in it the day it was driven off the lot. A new battery. On day number 3. All on a vehicle that currently has 81,000 miles. The extra warranty purchased with the jeep covered 1 replacement of lower control arms. Nothing else. The dent in the subframe mount has been causing parts to wear out far sooner than they should. If a person wants to take a huge gamble, Glenn Chrysler is the place for that. Unknowingly, this is what I did and sadly, lost. I hope for the hard-working, honest citizens trusting in Glenn Chrysler, that this is not the case. The stress it caused was debilitating. But if anyone finds they are on the losing end with them, i hope they treat you far more human than i felt they...

This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever had to work with. I never write reviews but this experience has been so awful hopefully I can save someone some trouble. I bought my 2021 Hyundai palisade from here in April 2025 it was talked up and we were told nothing but great things about this vehicle. We went to sign papers and were given extremely high and unreasonable prices. We told them we did not feel comfortable with those numbers and would pass on the vehicle. They then told us a more reasonable price and rate so we decided to go ahead with the purchase. We ended up being passed around through multiple salesman and told multiple things throughout the buying process. Fast forward we go to make the first payment and our loan is almost double the amount the vehicle was listed for. We call the dealership and they tell us that the added price is for warranty/ gap and service contract. Which I understand raises the price of a vehicle but the amount it went up was almost double the price. The staff here have been nothing but hateful and not willing to communicate with us at all. Both my fiancé and I have called and left voicemails multiple times trying to figure out the extra charges on our loan. Never once given a clear explanation. Then less than a month after having this vehicle the engine started missing as well as it would fail to start. As well as the first time I opened my sun roof it became stuck open and will not close. Again multiple calls made to Glenn dealership. Left voicemails multiple times again and never received a call back. Finally get through to someone just to be told to go to a Hyundai store and hung up on. I end up driving down and I live 40 minutes away in Indiana. Asked for GM was passed around to a bunch of other people. Was treated horribly and told basically oh well you signed it it’s not our problem take it Hyundai. Very poor customer service. No compassion for buyers at all. They refuse to service our vehicle or give us a loaner to get around in. Now I’m stuck with a broken vehicle and have to attempt to get another dealership to work something out with me. You would think the place that got 40k out of a 25k vehicle would be more willing to help its customers when the vehicle breaks down in less than a month. Don’t expect help here. They’ll just send...

Do not buy from here. I bought a Ford Explorer back in August and here’s how my experience went: 1) I accidentally left my garage door opener in the car and texted my salesman to ask if he would mail it. But after days of him not returning calls or texts, he decided to then tell me he won’t be mailing it until I send them the title (so holding it hostage). Mind you, I kept trying to ask them if I needed to sign anything on the title before I mailed it but would never get a response. After a week, I finally got it. So poor communication was the first red flag. 2) part of my agreement when buying my car was they would fix the radio and a tire pressure monitor. The radio was a 12 inch screen where only half of it worked. It’s one of the main features I was drawn to and I loved it, so was excited that they said they would fix it. I was told they would call me when the parts came in. After a month, I called in to check in and the same day I was told I could bring it in (another red flag that after weeks of waiting, the parts were all of a sudden ready the same day I called). I was told it would just be an overnight, possibly a couple days to fix it. Turns out, it took them 3 weeks to finish it because they never had the parts. When I went to pick it up, my 12 inch screen was gone and just a standard radio screen was in its place. After questioning about it, I was told “there would be electrical problems” if they put another one in. And then after more questions, I learned they decided to just give me a refurbished radio, not even a new one to compensate the fact that they took out that main feature they knew I loved. I was also told that it costed them $3000 to replace it. I called the shop that did the repair and the total was less than $800. So I was ripped off and lied to on that part. 3) took them over a month to send in the title transfer paperwork to the BMV, which caused issues with the temporary tag they gave me because in Indiana, it takes up to 21 days for them to process the paperwork once they receive it. Luckily, I was able to get a new temp plate but it just added onto the stress. Overall, just a crap...
