Well to start I've been going there for some years and I must say that I think the food quality has changed a great deal. Being a fan of fried rice and have had it from so many places ( from the hood to the burbs) There is a common expectation of fried rice so many have come know. The fried rice I have received has become mushy in texture and over greasy, the chopped onions are huge to eat so it's become better to move them to the side. With that I have notice a lack of flavor all together and the presentation is no longer there. So I found Green China on First Capital ( St.Charles) who really has that flavor, texture,taste and presentation that so many people who loves fried rice wants and have started to take the time to go there. I will continue to support china king long as I can in hopes something changes for better with the food before I choose to...

I need to let the public know this business has unacceptable customer service and conduct. I ordered over $50 worth of food by phone on 3/5/22, Sat. evening. While I was placing my orders, the guy on the phone, appeared to be impatient and rude with me. He kept rushing me to place my next items, etc. When my BF and I got there, I saw a bunch bags of food were ready and set by the counters so I went up & asked if my food was already ready? He rudely replied “I told you in 30 mins”. Before I left the restaurant, I confronted him being rude & impolite on the phone. He was unapologetic and told me I don’t have to come back to his restaurant in front of other customers. I placed a pick up order and when I arrived the man at the front desk was rude and yelling at me and asking me what my telephone number was. When he finally found the right order and when I returned to my office all of our food was not in the bag. We were missing an egg roll and an order of crab ragoon. I called to inform them of this and Micheal whom titled himself as the owner was screaming at me to look again in the bag and that he put everything in the bag. He hung up on me twice, he then told me he would deliver the items to my office and no one ever showed. I paid for these items and never received them. I will never ever buy food from this place again...horrible...
