Burger King is a Fast Food Joint that is consistently inconsistent regarding the level of service one make it or in some cases not yet though I'll add they are a lot better then once was in previous years, as well as being hit or miss on the tastiness and presentation of the products sold with the exception of breakfast lunch and dinner rushes. Please don't misconstrue what I'm saying regarding I am referring strictly as a non professional who has worked at many of restaurants and or fast food places and more importantly this is just one man's opinion on my local fast food joint. Actually I've only probably eating at a few and all around there food given the right moment in time and who is working and whether or not they care about the product they are serving it is generally very tasty and pleasing to the eyes as much so as fast food can be these days. Last I wish to say that again this is just my opinion they are always clean inside and well taken care of is a kids playground that allows children to play well grown up to eat, in just a mention there are both men and women's restrooms to which if memory serves are also usually very well kept up. Wrapping things up my experience from the other night what's phenomenal it was towards at least 8:30 9 p.m. and the value Plus the amount of food certainly was an experience I can honestly say was a very pleasant one! I will say this and I think this is a theme nowadays the service or rather the sometimes absence of it, demeanor and kindness of some of the employees is a little bit laxed and by that I mean they primarily take your money and hand you food and that's maybe the extent of it no cordial, greeting or inquiry into whether or not condiments and more add-ons are desired. I know from experience that throughout the entire process upselling and add ons are almost for any company especially a fast food chain who are looking to always looking to cut down food cost and raised profit margin I suppose if you don't care if the people you order from are generally kind and you just simply want food quickly and on your way this place at least this specific privately owned fast food restaurant is perfect 4 the busy no time to talk no...
Read moreWe just had the most horrible experience. Because nobody would help us when we walked in, we ended up using the ordering kiosk. My husband and I, with our 3 children, ordered 5 impossible burger meals (was supposed to include drink and fries). We waited over 20 minutes, we were totally ignored. The people working there wouldn't acknowledge us and even when they handed us our meals, they walked away when we said thank you...without giving us our drinks. Assuming they were getting our drinks, we waited another 10 minutes and they all ignored us even though there were NO other customers there. Then an elderly woman came in, ordered a shake and they messed THAT up and didn't apologize to her. She left looking so sad. Finally when my husband asked where our drinks were, the person working the counter shrugged and walked away again. Seriously, we have never been treated this badly at ANY restaurant. The kids had already found a place to sit and our food was cold, microwaved, not even grilled. The french-fries were stale and cold. There weren't any condiments on the burgers except for some floppy pieces of lettuce. When we asked for a manager we were ignored. Finally, as I took a bite out of my burger and had to pull a very long hair out of my mouth, I got upset and went up to demand our money back. This time there was a woman there who claimed she was the manager. All she did was tell me how they didn't have to make us happy, she didn't care what our food was like and oh - my favorite - that lots of people get hairs in their burgers. We stood there stunned. Read moreI received less than acceptable service at the drive-through today. I pulled up to the drive-through kiosk/microphone at 3:38. I did not receive my order until 3:49, and this is due entirely to the cashier choosing to not respond to verbal requests by the customer waiting at the drive-through order kiosk. The restaurant (inside and at the drive-through) was not busy. There were 4 cars parked in the lot ( I suppose that a couple of these cars belonged to the BK employees) and 4 cars in front of me that had already placed their orders. Even so, the cashier at the drive-through asked me if I would "hold" and I said yes. This poor service could have been avoided if the cashier had chosen to respond to my questions at the drive-through microphone after I had been left on "hold" for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes on "hold" and with 2 cars that were waiting behind me, I spoke to the microphone and said "I am just checking to see if you know I'm still here," followed about 10 and 20 seconds later by "Anyone there?" Instead I was ignored and figured I had been forgotten so I drove up to the drive-through window. I suppose that the cashier turns off her earpiece since otherwise she was just showing indifference to her customers by ignoring simple, polite requests for acknowledgement. In either case, this is poor customer service. The two cars behind me got their food before I did and the cashier said that is because I ordered "after them" (mine was a mobile order placed 20 minutes earlier) even though I explained that I had repeatedly asked whether she could hear me while I was on "Hold" at the kiosk.
