I purchased a bed set and for some reason whoever thought of the idea to have a hideaway to put a mattress on an try an attach a heavy, unsturdy headboard to it only holding one screw on each side has totally lost there mind there isn’t any holes on the frame leg or anything to help with keeping it solid. Apparently I’m not the only customer who is having problems with this issue I have told my problem to Jeremy and he’s been doing his best to help but the brackets are square an the frame is round no way will it work. Then Harley tried to help an told me she may be able to find different frames but it would cost me more , what’s the point in selling a bed set if the wrong frame won’t attach to the head board without it breaking a window or putting a hole I the wall. I’m not being difficult I’m try to prove common sense with the situation Jeremy has been wonderful about trying to help. If there were wood pieces to go across the front of the frame it would help hold but there’s no way this issue can be fixed without using a different frame . I hope my input helps with the situation I’m not very happy with the package is together I hope someone can fix the issue. Number 2 when the furniture is being delivered I think there needs to be some plastic or something to protect it when the guys bring it in the house, every time my stuff gets delivered it’s scuffed or something is damaged,I understand it can be difficult to get it in the house but some protection should be required to prevent this issue. Read moreWe had a washer & dryer, livingroom set and dining set scheduled for delivery on May 14. Called the first time to find out an ETA and were told between 3 - 7pm (store closes at 7pm). Told we'd receive a call when they were on their way. At 6:35pm, we called to find out if they were going to arrive on time. We were then told that "it was taking the guys 3 hours to drop a refrigerator". Then she said "it would be late tonight or early tomorrow morning". This really wasn't a good approach as nothing was said or done to make this right. Being very frustrated, we canceled the entire order. If you can't accommodate customers delivery dates/times, maybe think about hiring more movers. This was very off-putting as we are new to the area and just bought a home. Read moreWe rented a Hisense 55 inch TV from the crossville store in August of 2021 , paid it off in December , over $1,000 between renting and pay off . And exactly one year from the time we took it out of the box the thing died . Just shut off and wouldn't turn back on . The tv was still under manufacture's warranty . After having the tv for a couple weeks was told it couldn't be fixed and we qualified for a replacement tv . And seven months later we are still waiting for our replacement . Multiple calls to the store and a few to the corporate office saying they will look into it and call me back , no calls , no tv . Just don't call us we'll call you . Seriously! It doesn't take seven months to arrange for a replacement tv when it dies that quickly . At this point we want a replacement tv or a full refund of what we paid...
