update. Decided to test my theory that the employees lie to your face. With the doctors help we discovered i was right. Dr sent in 2 scripts. 2 different pain meds while at dr office. Within 2 hours CVS portal shows 1 med which was a pain patch received but the pill didn't show up. We call and they claim they didn't get it but they got the other one that was submitted at the same time. You must know that the only med they ever say they don't get a script for is hydrocodone and has been prescribed for over 20 years. The script was only a day early. So the Dr sent the same script within 2 hours of the first one to another pharmacy and guess what?? They got it and filled it immediately. The crowley CVS needs to be the next cvs to be shut down. I set up a kroger portal and hit the transfer button. All 20 scripts are being transferred as we speak. *
Walked in a month ago 2 days in a row. Tell me they never got a script. Come to find out they did and filled it and it was filled and ready the second day I was there. It was pain meds they were holding. Bottle even shows it was filled the second day I was in there but lied to my face. And i was there at closing time. They forget to run insurance and try to charge you the full price. I dont understand how you forget to run insurance. The 20 other meds ypu have no problem running insurance on. They "order" meds and forget to fill it when it comes in. Waited 2 weeks for a med they got in the next day. We have a med that is $1,000 a month that insurance pays 100% on. We asked them to stop filling it because dr temporarily stopped the meds so we asked the auto refill to be turned off. Even did it in the portal as well. And guess what. They refill it and send a notice to pick it up. Cha ching! Another $1,000 script filled. Have to refuse it every time they try to give it to me.
Rude people. Portal tells me script will be ready on Monday. Which was a Holiday. I go to try to pick it up. Lady is rude and said it's a holiday it won't be in until tomorrow. Okay then don't put it on the portal it will be ready. She was a little snotty. Go back next morning which is today. Doesn't ask the name but tells me my name and says even more rude it's out of stock. Well I'm there for something else so maybe you should be nice and ask how you can help me. Horrible service....
Read moreI come in and give them my insurance information and they text later saying everything is ready. I come to drive thru to pick up being told they do not have insurance on file, which I had already provided. I waited 10 mins in drive thruline to be told I needed to come inside, very rudely. I come inside, wait in line again. I give my info and ask the woman what happened to the info the first time I gave it? I explain I have a husband who is on hospice care and I have very limited time to be away from home - SHE ACTUALLY SCOFFS a LAUGH and says â I wasnât the one you gave your information to, so how would I know what happened to it.â I asked her if she really just scoffed at my situation⌠her reply was âthe way you are talking to meâŚ.â All I did was ask if she knew why I had to come in twice. Yes flustered but never once did I display anything more than a sense of urgency⌠I explained that I planned this stop around the fact I had already given the info and pick up would be simple. I needed her to just put it in, I spent 20 mins in line between the drive thru and inside. I now would have to skip the other stop I needed to make- because of this repeating of a process I had already done. Her name was LAQUEESHA last name started with a B. Her response of being offended that I asked her if she seriously just laughed is for her to go over to pharmacist and loudly explains my situation- âher husband is apparently dyingâ- as she returns to the counter to take an older gentleman- she is like âyou have to SIGN your signature SIRâ The man was trying to put his card into the machine, sheâs like âNO! On this! You sign on this! Use your fingerâŚâŚ and you signâŚ.â Talking to him like he is incompetent for not fully understanding that the signature and info must be entered into the keypad. Wow. Iâm actually sick to my stomach in the car over this interaction. She needs to be OUT of customer service involving peopleâs healthcare in ANY form. This is UNSAFE unprofessional and downright UGLY. You can do better CVS, throw the whole employee away before YOU catch a furthering poor reputation in a town that deserves MORE from people caring for...
Read moreI do not recommend going here for a rapid covid-19 test. The 2-3 day lab covid tests through the drive thru are easy and results in two days but the outdoor minute clinic for rapid testing are completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for today at 7 pm for a rapid test for my son. I parked in the designated parking area at 6:45 pm. This parking area is located just feet away from the building. The signs say to wait for them to call you so we waited. There were no other vehicles in this designated area. I watched the lady come outside three times. First time to clean the doors, 2nd time to take out the trash and it's 20 minutes past 7. We thought maybe she had to clean after every patient but then the third time we saw her she has all her protection wear off and is walking to her vehicle to place things in her car. Her vehicle was parked just outside of the designated area, a few empty spaces next to us. Confused and concerned she may be leaving my husband asked her about the appointment. She claimed she had tried to call me but she didn't. I had my phone in my hand the whole time with full reception. They had the correct # because I received all the automated texts prior to arriving. No voicemail or anything. She also claimed she never saw our vehicle when remember she walked outside three times and past our car to her own. It's literally impossible that she didn't see it. She said she'd clock back in and do the test and went inside the main CVS building but then returned and said we'd have to reschedule. This was totally inexcusable. 50 minutes we were out there. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. My kid was sick and miserable sitting there and for nothing. Do not go here for...
