Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Crystal Lake

For a 'bargain store', can't really complain! They've got some name brand items and alot of brands you've likely not heard of before. You can find anything from Crest tooth paste to headphones and karaoke machines and almost anything in between. Some major items they sell that I can remember: -Dog treats/toys -personal hygiene -clothes -home decor -snack foods/long shelf life food -books -toys -seasonal items -electronics , the list goes on

Surprisingly, the store is pretty well organized by the category of item.

Didn't see any employees out on the floor but at check out, they were very friendly.

My mom and I spent about an hour and a half in there sifting thru almost everything! I found my step dad some higher end car wash supplies (Chemical Guys) for a serious bargain (like 50% cheaper). And I know for a fact because I compared the same items against their website. If you like to spend the time to shop and find hidden treasures, you'd likely enjoy this store.

I believe that they constantly get new merchandise delivered. All the items we saw are new and wrapped, nothing appeared to be used/looked like it was...

This place...(Laughing). Has made it to the top of my list as the #1 fun retail store to visit. Keep thinking, your only going in there to get one thing...Not! Believe me, I had that mindset. Didn't work. I came out with two arms of huge bags - full. They get new shipments weekly, they don't know what's on the truck... Surprise surprise surprise every week it's something different. The savings are beyond belief jaw dropping. Between this store, and going to Aldi's during this world crisis crunch. It's going to help you A LOT in saving money. It's a candy store for the whole family to enjoy! And... If you only come out of that store with 1 item in your hands. There's something seriously wrong with you, or you just weren't looking hard enough, or you have no pulse. Anyways, Welcome Ollie's! Hope to keep ya in the community. This has to be one of Crystal Lake HOTTEST go to stores. I thought spending lucrative hours at the hardware store was bad... Ha! Wait until you step inside this place. Worse than a kid in a candy store. All kinds of fantastic deals! Prices that have your jaw hitting the floor. Next to Aldi saving you money... This is a pandemic fore runner next to them. Great Store! Just what Crystal Lake needed after losing Big Lots. If you don't leave the store with something in your hands... You weren't looking hard enough. Bravo!
