I give 3 stars because my son and his friends had a blast for the second time we had his birthday party there yesterday. However we will no longer have his party there next year. The quality of the service has gone down a bunch from the party of last year. The host was not handling very well. First of all, i had updated the number of guests the day before but they had not gotten the updated information and the count was off as well as the upgraded party package i asked for. No big deal it was a quick fix for the number. Also i am certain they mixed up the cakes order, i had one small vanilla and one large chocolate and ended up with the opposite, i could no longer access my party reservation online to prove the mistake but there was nothing they could do to fix it since there was no other cake that had been unfrozen, i am happy more of the guests of the party that i thought wanted vanilla cake rather than chocolate but it could have been a bigger ordeal had we not gotten enough of chocolate cake. As i can overlook the two problems above however i did not appreciate one major mistake that was made. I placed a separate order of food for the adult guests that included a card with 100 play points. As i said previously i had to add an extra child guest since the party update was not taken into accout. The host ended up putting the play points of the added kid guest AND the additional 100 play credit of my other order on the same card! After asking for the card for over 30 minutes she announced me what happened and they refused to give me another card to correct the mistake. I had to chase over 10 kids to find out who got the card with a lot more play credits and fix it myself! How embarrassing it was for me and also heartbreaking for the kid who ended up having much less credit than he thought. All i was offered was 100 tickets at the prize counter (that i refused) which was not anything close to making up for their mistake and the inconvenience it caused. Also i for some reason suspect that the extra play credit given for the online booking of the party and the sunday party bonus were NOT added to the total of play credit of each kid. The reason i had updated my party package to one that had more play credit per child was so they could get more but since i did not bother have them change the package (the host was already unneficient as it was, i was not going to give her additional work on top of that) i would have appreciated the extra play credit promissed at booking. A few of the guests did run out of play credits before the cake time. I had to let go of a couple older play cards i had kept from previous visits with some play credit left so the kids could keep playing. Really disappointed about the organization and will look into another place for next year parties for both my son...
Read moreThis place is a joke. We order 90 dollars in food and tokens and within a minute my young son loses these new cards they have when kids his age don't carry wallets. They have brackets but I only received one after his card was lost or I would have had to buy it. So when we lost the card, literally 5 minutes after entering this establishment the lackidasical manager asks for the receipt, which I threw away. As I am digging through the garbage luckily my wife found the card. I did find the receipt after my hands were filled with slop. So I throw it away again. Then, no exarragation, they forgot to give my wife a salad bar plate and fork. So again I am digging through the trash like a homeless person! This place is a joke! The staff is imcompitant and their policies are pro establishment. I complained and she gave me 2 dollars worth of tokens. That even angered me more.
So this horrid experience continued. The first machine I play with my 2 year old daughter runs out of tickets. They give me 100 tokens. At this point the lady manager is done with it. I notice several employees scrambling to fix games. Their must have been 15 of them out of order.
Then my son wants a popsicle and the angish continues. The machine doesn't work. A man in a black outfit comes over, I'm guessing the general manager, and has to open the machine to get it out. He gives an extra to my son. I go sit down and he comes over with two game cards.
This is the kixker. During our conversation he admits kids lose the cards all the time and this tiny slip is needed to claim a new card, which was never told to us when given the cards. He says the wrist band prices which are rediculous since their made in China for a couple cents and they charge up to 5 dollars.
Then he says how his only concern is to make the kids happy, which are oblivious to the torture I am going through. He also throws in their how he has no power to change any policy. The parents take the kids. If the parents aren't satisfied then their are no kids coming. I don't know what happened to this place, it has...
Read moreCame here for a birthday party my coworker invited my daughter too. WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP IN TO THIS PLACE. The trampolines, we're a good idea BUT to put them next to a birthday party and have the restrooms on the other side with a slim walk through space was DUMB. Not to mention between the trampoline and birthday table they put a ticket blaster machine. Which staff will rudely ask guests to the birthday party at that table to move. I didn't catch her name but she was about 5'2" 160lbs latino with dark curly hair she wears down. She was FAR from polite even toward the parent who was trying to calm their child down and prevent them from having an episode (spectrum). Telling her they needed to move so the game ticket buster could be played. This literally took over two tables on that side, limiting the space for seating and moving for any party put at that party table. That meant that the only area of seating shared the walking space with the next party table. So only the kids who wanted to play the ticket buster game and their parents mattered in her eyes. The family with the child situation, myself an child, and another family ended up leaving early due to just that one employee (think it was about 6 kids and 4 adults). The mother mentioned to another parent she would do a review and the employee literally told her "good, go do that but you need to move now". Overhearing the employee say that prompted me to leave a review. The place is packed with limited room to move. It is full enough that I would say it is not handicap friendly in any manner past getting on the sidewalk. The cake apparently arrived late. Me and my daughter struggled to come to and from the table because of guests not with the birthday party, stopping in front of the party tables having conversations, etc. and not allowing guests to join their appropriate party. Suggest paying the extra few bucks and driving the extra 5 minutes and going to urban air. Have attended two other parties there this year (5yr and 11yr party)and never got an employee with...
