Rainbow Shops — Local services in Crystal

Had to deal with a rude manager.! As a customer I enjoy going to rainbow in crystal after a decent shift, Its like right next to where I live so why not.? But disrespect is what I can’t deal with. I don’t tolerate disrespect and I will not let nobody disrespect me. I was already going through somethings at the time. The employees are nice and respectful, I enjoy the help and cleanliness they put up. I don’t have any problems with anyone of them. I haven’t had any problems until today, just cause u are a manager of something, imagine how quick your spot can be taken. I was not going to sit and argue with nobody back and forth and with this country being the way it is, we should be better off walking away from the situation after feeling like it was escalating, it was no professional service giving to me with this manager, i have never met him before, im just a high school student trying to succeed but I don’t tolerate disrespect. Why is all the Rainbow shopping centers in all the fitting rooms closed the corporate manager needs to fix that. I got a dress today in my size but as we all know all clothing stores and clothes dont fit the same this dress was actually to big so I have to return it and I made sure the tag is still on as it says so on my next off day because I dont live close to a rainbow I have to return it. Because I cant try on in any store with reading reviews in all stores in Minnesota from Crystal to Robbinsdale to both st. Paul location and even Brooklyn center everyone said the fitting rooms is out or closed so I guess I will no long shop at rainbow sad for us plus size people already hard enough finding clothes ugh. There was zero greeting, the employees seemed like they couldn’t care less. One walked past me multiple times and saw that I had a large amount of clothes picked out already and said nothing- I finally went to go try all of my stuff off and there’s a small sign written in marker saying “changing rooms closed”. I ask the employee at the cash register if there was a bathroom I could at least try some stuff on and she coldly replied “no”. Nothing else. Store is so crammed it was frustrating trying to get around without knocking everything down. Some clothes were cute, but I don’t buy things without trying them on (like most people), and the atmosphere was irritating in general.
