My mother in law and I booked LB limo for transportation to LAX for our family’s trip.First of all we’re big family,So we have so many questions to ask because it’a so many spot to picked up and drop off and Patrick was very helpful.I did request a quotes through to Yelp and got a quick responded.Doesn’t matter How many time my mother in law called Patrick to add things to see the prices or even just to asked a questions,He had been very good to her and had the best customer service,Even when we had to called him for last minutes changed,Because my husband and I couldn’t make it to the trip,So only the rest of the family left to go.We still got what we want. The picked up date was the day after Christmas and it’s super early morning,Driver was on time and took them to LAX safe and sound. The return date was on New year’s weekend,So LAX was super busy and like 30 minutes Patrick texted me and said he was already there waiting for my family! Impressive! We’re communicated very well and he picked up my mother & father in law on time,quick and took them home safe. LB limo was one of the best decision our family ever make! Once again, another perfect experience with LB Limousine! I’ve used LB Limousine several times before with the same excellent service each time. Patrick is very responsive and provides detailed info to you along the way…from the driver assigned, to the vehicle and ETA of the driver.

The sedans are spotless and have nice amenities like phone chargers for all the passengers. I’ve had both Vaz and Arthur as drivers. They were both very professional, friendly and drove safely. My mom is in her 90s and I appreciated the patience they both showed as well as their assistance in helping her get in and out of the sedan.

Arthur was my driver a few weeks ago. He spoke very highly of Patrick and LB Limousine. He told us how much he enjoys working as a driver with LB Limousine and how well they treat their employees. To me, that speaks volumes about this company.

The Best There Is! We use LB Limo whenever we travel; no one else compares to them. They communicate really well with you for the time you book your car, to reminders a couple of days prior and the day of. The drivers always show up early and text you to let you know where they are. I’m always at ease when I use their service. Their cars are always spotlessly clean and well maintained, stocked with water and phone chargers (WiFi onboard), and the drivers are always polished and polite, helpful and accommodating. Once on a family trip, our return flight (London to Los Angeles) got canceled and had to be rebooked. I was so flustered that I only remembered to email them of the flight changes when I was in the air (thankful for onboard WiFi), and they immediately accommodated my changes.
