Sbarro Culver City — Restaurant in Culver City

Yesterday i was out with my friend shopping having a VERY GOOD day until i came here to eat. My friend ordered our food for us we weren’t so hungry so he asked for an nyc combo and the cashier got confused and gave us a two slice combo. Everyone makes mistakes just like the cashier parents did 🙄🙄 and it would’ve been fine but this obnoxious lady started being very rude and unprofessional. She started blaming US when she was the one who made the mistake of putting in the wrong order, this is the second time this happens this place has the WORST customer service. This happened yesterday around 7:15 the lady looked latina, curly somewhat long hair with an atrocious shade of red lipstick. I was very disappointed, people like her with no patience and ugly attitudes should not be in a workforce where you’re needed to interact with customers. The person forgot to make my pizza, and when I asked if it was coming soon, they said, yes, I waited again, and ask them what happened, and they said they hadn’t made it at all. I walked away and from halfway across the mall, the guy that looks like a manager was waving me down, so I came back, he asked me what I wanted I said the fastest thing you guys, they expected me to pay for a slice that they had never made and I asked for three times to have it made? you must be out of your mind. There was nobody there when I ordered the pizza in the first place, it was not busy and now I’m starving and I have to go because I’m paying the Tesla supercharger overtime because once it’s finished charging, they charge you more than it cost to charge it if you don’t unplug your vehicle and drive away,… Like ..what in the...

SBARRO is ridiculously expensive for what you get. I also dont understand their combo meals.

I ordered a small penne pasta and included meatball, they charge for every little thing you add, for example if you order a plate of pasta you should be getting a garlic bread with it, wrong! Not Sbarro, they wanted me to buy a different combo with a slice of pizza, my pasta, meatball and this way I would get the garlic bread, this is just a way to pay more, unacceptable!

My small lunch cost me $12 dollars and did not even get garlic bread. Wow!

What a ripp off, this is the reason why this food chain is going bankrupt.
