The food was ok, the service from the server was awful. I recently had my wisdom tooth removed, so I have been on a soup and broth diet. I ended up getting some lentil soup and a glass of water. Whoever the server was on June 26th at about 5 pm was exceptionally rude. She was happy to seat me and all smiles, until I told her my order. Then her demeanor quickly shifted once she realized how cheap my meal would be. I said 'thank you' three separate times to the server; when she sat me, when she dropped off my water, and when she dropped off my meal. Each time, she did not even acknowledge me. Keep in mind, this was Thursday, there was only me and one other table with two women. I watched as the server made the time to chat with the two women and ask if they enjoyed their meal. She never checked on me. The only person who checked on me was a man, who I presume is the manager. The server was all smiles again when it was time for payment and the tip section popped up. I've worked in fine dining and tipping is something I always do. This poor service was not deserving of a tip and this is the first time I haven't tipped a server. Please do better and stop treating customers like they are not deserving of equal service just because of the cost...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars I certainly would. I went there today and waited over half an hour for my food and the place wasn't even busy. I had to flag down the waiter to get help. When my food finally arrived the chicken kabob was undercooked (old) and the basmsti rice seemed like it was days old. I didn't even bother with the salad. Of course I did pay for none of that crap. I left it there after I told the waiter what happened. They offered to make another meal but who is going to wait another half hour or even trust them to make your food after that. I decline and left. That was my first time and last time going there. I should've listened to all of the negative reviews and I wouldn't have...
Read moreI had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this restaurant. They donât take reservations, and when we tried to confirm our visit, they actually made us drive there to âprove we were actually going to eat.â Our mother, who has a disability, was forced to stand and wait for over an hour, while we were repeatedly told âitâs almost readyâ in a very dismissive tone. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the staff seemed irritated and unhelpful the entire time. Extremely disappointed â this experience showed a complete lack of respect and care for customers. We ended up walking over to BJS and got seated (ALL 14 OF US) right away and thankfully we were able to celebrate our...
