Customer service was nonexistent. I arrived to order a drink. No one greeted me. They were all walking around in front of me as if I wasn't standing right in front of the cash register. One girl walked up to where I was standing without addressing me but started talking to some man across the room about how much creamer he wanted in his drink. He realized how rude she was being to me so he didn't even answer her. And she did it twice! How disgusting and disrespectful. I'm a beautiful Black woman with great etiquette. These racially bias mexican/white females at this Starbucks have no clue about true customer service because they grew up in the ghetto. Read moreI have been a Starbucks customer for as long as i can remember and this by far is my favorite location. The staff is WONDERFUL here. I was a barista for about 5 years and am pretty picky with my coffee order and one of the workers there (Glinda I think is her name) perfects it every time AND remembers my name when I come in to pick it up. There is another gal who usually is at the counter who always has the BEST attitude and a smile on her face. Every time I see her she inspires me to stay positive and grateful. Her radiating positive energy does not go unnoticed and is so appreciated. Coming from customer service, these are the things I look for and both ladies have done a stellar job. Read moreOrdered ahead online & if they’re so busy & understaffed, WHY don’t they have the rack where you can just pick up your order? Why do we have to wait to grab an attention of a barista who’s so busy they can’t stop to see why people are there waiting to get their attention. I paid my money already, why am I waiting in another line when my drink is clearly right there. I asked for a refund and they didn’t want to do it because the drink had already been made. Then the cashier says in the front “Next time just tell the barista your name”
This place needs to have a better system or faster employees who don’t complain about being understaffed...
