NOT RECOMMENDED!!
I came to this Shake Shak at 6000 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230 (it is located inside Westfield Mall) to eat one of their signature burger "Chicken Shak". I added slices of tomato as the Chicken Shak doesn't comes with tomato.
I also made it to Combo (added fries and beverage to my order). Total price almost $16 which is too expensive.
The menu had clear picture of each burger.
The Chicken Shak didn't taste any special. It didn't taste better than any other similar chicken sandwiches from other brands such as McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, Chick-Fil-A, Wendy's chicken sandwiches, etc. . .
With so many famous burger brands on the market, if you can not make a burger that taste any closed to, or better than the competitors, you have completely missed the point! Very disappointed!
The Chicken Shak was very salty!! The chicken and the breading was very salty! The sauce was full of salt, the pickles were very salty, the French fries had also lots of salt on! Very dangerous for your health.
For few weeks ago I was in Seoul/South Korea. I visited a Shake Shak there in Gangnam area and ordered ShakBurger. Even that one was very salty. So much sodium in one meal is unacceptable! In additional to that the Coke I ordered was 85-90% full with ice with very little Coke. So they literally sell you ice but charge you for Coke! (SHAKE SHAK in Seoul, South Korea). In my opinion this is SCAM!
I'm also wondering if you guys are adding corn syrup in your burger buns?
Salt-rich diet can raise blood pressure, which can raise our risk of heart attacks, strokes, and other woes.

Read moreWent to this to compare it to In-N-Out because I was told it goes hand-in-hand and that it’s the East Coast version of it. My experience was good at first I saw their digital menu and said OK. The price is a bit different from In-N-Out. Just buy a bet as it showed that a single stack was eight dollars and a double stack was 10. I was OK with the price decided to get fries and a drink for one and just a sacrifice for the other. Just to find out what my total came out to over 40 bucks. After paying it I questioned it and when I was receiving my food, I spoke with the manager and ask why is it that on the digital menu that I was looking at to order the price was one thing and on my receipt. It was a completely different thing. I paid five dollars extra per burger thinking I was paying a different amount and the manager apologized to me and said he would pass it on to corporate didn’t get any sort of accommodation for the unfortunate charge. If I knew the price was well above the limit that I wanted to pay I wouldn’t have regardless I didn’t wanna make it too inconvenient for everybody. So I just. Ate the food I guess plus was that they added a fried mushroom to both burgers, even though I didn’t request it but like that Internet saying goes. “ it is....
Read moreShake shack in Manhattan Beach. In a word "Hated It". I try not to use that phrase when it pertains to food but what did I expect? After all some friends spoke very highly about this establishment so I was eager to sample it's burgers. My wife had a regular cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, onions no pickles and I had the stack shack primarily a cheese burger with a couple of slices of mushrooms. We shared some fries and choose 2 chocolate malts. The ambiance is quite casual and minimalist with an outdoor area for dining which was perfect for us because inside was rather chilly. Back to the food. It's just not "Good". The mushrooms were difficult to chew as they seemed leathery and unpleasant looking once I disassembled my sandwich to inspect it's composition. My wife's simple cheese burger was met with practically the same criticism. Our fries though crinkle cut was obviously previous frozen not fresh cut at all and finally the chocolate malts were marginal. Making a hamburger great shouldn't invoke a "Nebulous Concept"... Good meat grilled well good cheese, buns and any accoutrement to round out your flavor pallet. On a scale of 1 to 5 this...
