I have been a loyal customer of Kinn's since 2022. I was looking for the perfect heart locket, and I didn't like anything I saw until I found the Maison Heart Locket. It is the perfect shape, and the delicate engraving I added for my daughter's initial really made it my own. They have a good selection of fonts to choose from for your engraving. Their customer service is really attentive without pressuring you to buy something. The whole team is wonderful - Jennie, Bina, Carolina, Becky, Brooke, Maggie, Lana, and so many more amazing women.

I have four pieces from them that I wear daily. The quality is great, and when I had an issue with my clasp, they were able to repair it for me free of charge. I also have the Dear Kaia nameplate with my daughter's name, and it was actually competitively priced with the quotes my mom got from vendors in China!

I really love supporting minority- and women-owned small businesses. Their stories resonate with me, and I love supporting this brand. There's a lot of meaning behind their pieces, and I get compliments on my pieces all the time.

I'm so happy they finally have a brick-and-mortar store to visit so I can try pieces on in person. The location is convenient, and there's a paid garage and metered parking nearby.

I purchased the Sofia Marquise tennis bracelet. In person it looks beautiful. The only problem is it catches on everything. The craftsmanship of the bracelet doesn’t allow me to wear any knits or cashmere; which defeats the purpose of a “luxury piece that you never have to take off.” I literally have to take it on and off depending on what I’m wearing. So for the price point, I would not purchase it again.

Beware that if you do purchased it and want to return it, you can only receive store credit. At $3k I decided to keep it because I would not want anything else if I had received store credit.

I must say, their customer service was very responsive and kind. They did try to fix the bracelet but it just did not work.

This is now more of a statement piece to wear out but not with long sleeves or silk or basically anything that could snag.

A disappointing experience. My partner and I stumbled upon Kinn and I was initially drawn to their fine jewelry. We then saw their wedding bands which worked out well as we had been actively looking for one to go with my engagement ring which was made and ready to go.

We were helped by one of the Kinn team members but her tone of voice was more condescending than helpful. Long story short, she said we should “keep shopping” which we found as an odd thing to say to us. She expressed this to us after I kindly requested information and pricing for a specific ring. She also never ended up sending us the information we requested. She also told my partner to keep her updated should “anything change,” which came off as rude and very odd in the moment.
