store has absolutely gorgeous things, perfect selection of gifts, beautifully curated and presented. HOWEVER - the customer service both times i've been there has been awful. when you're paying that much for luxury goods, you expect the shopping experience to be further enhanced by the shopkeeper - a greeting, an offer to assist, a suggestion or two, eye contact? none of that happened here, both times (same employee). in fact i felt like a burden/annoyance/inconvenience. it totally detracted from the experience. all of the items in this store are available online, so the customer service & experience are what will (or won't?) keep this store's lights on. highly suggest training or hiring staff to be friendly, helpful, personable if you want customers to keep...

Came on a Saturday ready to shop and the door was closed and locked with no sign on the door, even though Google said they would be open till 6 PM. No one answered when we called the phone number, and over the course of waiting at least 15 minutes there were probably 10 groups of people who came trying to get in, but walked away, discouraged. Read moreAn employee, presumably the owner, parked her SUV in the bike and bus lane to load and unload items. Very poor form--bad citizenship, and a bad neighbor. It caused a lot of other drivers to be confused and think the bus lane was for regular traffic, and others followed her example and parked near her. There's a loading zone just around the corner. And she ran over several curbs to get there, so it was obvious what she was doing. If this place is so disrespectful of laws, norms, and other road users, it can't be a good place to spend...
