I came here to pick up an online order. I arrived around 7:30pm. I didnât park in the online order pickup parking spot because the car next to it decided to park crooked and basically took up part of that parking spot. I went inside and asked for my order. The worker I spoke to said I needed to go back to my car, move my car to the mobile pickup parking spot, and theyâll bring it out shortly. So since I didnât fit in the parking spot, I pulled up as close as I could into the online order parking spot and put my hazard lights. Hoping my hazards would make it obvious that Iâm still there waiting. I waited 25 minutes and no one came. I saw a different worker begin to close the doors. It dawned on me that no one was coming. I went back to the door and the worker said they were closed although it was 7:55. I told her Iâve been waiting in the online pickup parking spot for 25 minutes and told her what the other worker said. She began to give me attitude but asked for my name. She couldnât find me so I gave her my order number. She said she isnât able to type in the order number. I pulled up my email and then made a fuss. She grabbed my items and said ânext time you need to come inside and get your itemsâ. I told her âI already did that and again like I said earlier, I was told to pull up into the mobile order parking spotâ. I was in on a busy Friday & I saw there was a sale happening. I picked out 2 lipliners that were on sale from HAUS LABS since their foundation and concealer are amazing (good enough to replace my Dior foundation & Kosas concealer). It turns out only select colors were on sale but Carla applied the discount for me anyway! Iâm rambling here but after trying the lipliner at home, it ended up having a great formula, applied evenly, stayed on well, and was the perfect color. I get so stressed when I have to replace anything in my makeup routine - I end up disliking things a lot because itâs too dark or chalky or has a meh formula.
Itâs a little bizarre but every time I go to this specific Sephora, I find a new forever product on accident (Dr. Jart Ceramidin Moisturizing Cream, innisfree Gentle Retinol Salicylic Acne Serum are both awesome!).

Laurice told me their Forever Skin concealer usually gets a better response than their Backstage line. I asked for a different brand just as a point of comparison but had a feeling Iâd stick with Dior. She let me know that NARS is great but slightly less hydrating and Kosas is very hydrating.
I ended up choosing Kosas! What an amazing concealer - so easy to blend with great coverage but somehow natural still?!
Whenever I go to Sephoras, it can be so overstimulating because of how many times youâre asked if you need help. The staff here creates a very considerate and calm environment by saying âLet me know if you need any helpâ as they pass by or approach you if you look confused/lost.
