Kreation Grab & Go - Marina — Restaurant in California

I placed an order with Kreation Organic - Marina del Rey for 1 x Feel Better, 1 x Cacao Almond Yogi & 1 x 32 oz. Beef Bone Broth. Order #248724696. They did not have the Cacao Almond Yogi and I was offered a replacement item (Cacao Vegan Pudding) that was nearly $2.00 cheaper than the Cacao Almond Yogi even though she told me the item was the same price as what I had paid for. They did not have the Beef Bone Broth 32 oz., and gave me Mushroom Beef Bone Broth 22 oz. Neither replacement item was acceptable so I requested a refund. Upon looking over the receipt they charged me 12.49% sales tax when the sales tax in Marina del Rey is only 9.5%. I have yet to receive a confirmation of cancellation or refund via email as I was told and it has been over 90 minutes since I left the restaurant. I have tried calling them multiple times and they are not answering the phone, despite being open for another 108 minutes. I tried calling them a 4th time, this time blocking my number and they answered. The girl asked for my email address and told me she had sent the confirmation email with receipt, yet 10 minutes later I still haven't received it. First, I am OBSESSED with Kreation. I travel back to the east coast often and I always stop at Kreation on the way to LAX (to pack my checked suitcase with a bunch of bottles of juice and an ice pack) and it's the first place I stop on my return to re-stock my fridge in Marina del Rey. Their juice is always fresh, alive and not hpp processed (which keeps the enzymes intact to strengthen your gut and immune system). I spent years making my own cold-pressed juice (I had cancer) and Kreation juice is literally the closest to making it myself. They have the best and widest fruit and vegetable combinations. Also I LOVE the people who work there. I've noticed that the way the management of a business treats its customers and its employees affect the way its employees treat you. Every single person at Kreation has gone out of his/her way to help me get what I need. They remember my name, what I buy and even my dog.
