Brighton — Local services in Marina del Rey

I was helped by an elderly Caucasian woman with blonde hair (manager).

Was going to exchange a few items that my girlfriend received for Christmas. Majority of the items purchased online. We did not have a gift receipt.

All we wanted was to exchange to the items. Was told that we need a paper trail in order to do this. She kept asking us to go behind the counter to look at the computer/ register ( which you don’t do in retail )

I called the Brea location and Victoria Gardens. Both of which said that was not true and that she should’ve not done that whatsoever and her conduct was very unprofessional.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

I love this store. Mary and Maria are great. And the other team members are all giving you the best service possible. I do miss Penny. But when I shop it’s with Mary or Maria. They both just continue to go out of there way. I feel special, not pressured 💗. I also love the products. The bags, belts, jewelry and everything is so well made. Walking around the Marina with my mom and our two dogs, popped in to look around. They immediately greeted us with water bottles for each of us, and filled up a water bowl for the dogs outside. that was so kind of them. they were totally ok with our well behaved dogs hanging out inside and were very friendly with them. the products aren’t my style but my mom loved it and we ended up getting a bunch of Christmas gifts for family.
