Hagerstown location review: Excellent customer service and quality products. Oils basically always taste good (not that anything has ever tasted "bad", but more a personal preference thing)and smell yummy. Numerous people have commented on "what smells so good, like dessert?" when I've been vaping nearby. Employees are friendly, efficient and professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They remember me which is hard to find in todays world. The convenient ways to order online and by phone are great. I've tried other vape shops in emergency situations but none stack up to MCV. They're the only one to mix oil by hand to your order. Although I tend to stick with 1 flavor, its because I like it that much! Without MCV I would probably go back to smoking, because I cant see shopping...

The Hagerstown MD location is by far the absolute Best! The staff there have become more like family and friends! They are always welcoming, helpful, and go above and beyond to help everyone! I would not order anything from this place ever again. During the covid you can order and have it shipped within 2 days so they say. I waited a week and call them and they say their is nothing they can do about it that they would send me another bottle to make everything even since all the mix up then calls back and says no I'm not sending you another bottle well this is your business mess up that didn't get delivered and sent to North Carolina worst customer service ever very rude will not order from this place again.
