Very poor customer service.I was approved for credit but when they went to call my references and after I paid my first initial payment,I never received a phone call back for any updates at all,or a phone call back just to see if they needed more information.I was in limbo for like a week.Then without any explanation at all I received a refund.I didn't any explanation at all telling me why I didn't get...

After RAC tried to get me to leave Aaron's and try them, I did and now they say I am not good enough to get their credit approval. They even said I was qualified when they were trying to get me to switch, looks like they talk out of both sides of their mouth....
