State Farm is definitely the company I want to insure with. I did an auto insurance quote from the website and saw a questionable price, so Josh from state farm reached out to me about 15-20 minutes after and worked with me to get the best discount possible. He managed to give me a quote that was $200+ less than what I seen online. What I really liked is that he was very professional, and heard me out on my situation all while being very transparent with the possibilities we had for my rates. I just had an accident recently and for some reason the accident is showing up as “undetermined” for being at fault or not; Josh showed that he actually cared for my car and my situation! It was evident that he made it in his best interest to get me the lowest rates possible. He was very punctual with getting back to me, as he had to reach out to someone else to get information on the whole at fault or not situation. When he called me back and gave me the information he received, I felt that I was in good hands! He gave me recommendations on what I can do to make my situation better which most companies will not! I am not insured with state farm (yet), but I would definitely recommend this company as they show that YOU (the customer) always comes first! Most companies will say you are at fault right off the bat for different accidents, or try and jack up a crazy price on you for premiums from jump, but not State Farm; Josh showed me what this company is about, and I can only be thankful for his great customer service. I have to say that the lady in engine that help me out today Ashley I was very helpful very cheerful brightened up my day after a morning full of headaches dealing with other agents and sales teams and everything else being completely rude and everything and she literally is the reason that I brought my business to your company without her cheerful demeanor and bright attitude I literally would not have taken the time to even stay on the phone and I did and matter fact I didn't just get good insurance at a good price she brightened my day and I'm actually having a better day and have a smile on my face now before I was in a bad mood and to the point where I just was not having it and literally within 30 seconds of a phone call she brighten my day made me realize what I needed help me what I did not know what I need and it was completely and utterly helpful in every single possible way make sure you do not lose that woman off your team I promise that women will bring you more business just just the way she is and just being who she is so thank you for hiring people like her and thank you for letting it be me she talked to this morning thank you. Horrible place... I miss suzan.. we are done with state farm... First of all the front desk lady or whoever NEVER gets anything done.. So many times I called and she said oh yeah I will have Lou call you asap and she probably never even lets him know that we called.. also there were times she said she will do something for us and get back to us as soon as possible.... NEVER did she call me back (happened atleast 3-4 times the past 2-3 months) HORRIBLE customer service.. Also I used to pay $1364 for my 6 month premium for my car (witch is alot) But then I got a bill for $2500 for my other 6 months! (did not get into accident) I called and asked to get it down lower and she told me she will call me by the end of the day... because I don't want to pay that price and that I will be waiting to pay for my car till we resolve the issue.. Been over a month she didn't call back (I called within this month probably another 5 times no answer) and Yesterday I got a paper in the mail stating that from April 28th I don't have coverage... Its may 13th and I have been driving without incurace for over 2 weeks.. and I never knew that!! Will never use them again!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM WHEN THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER AGENTS OUT THERE....
