Astute listener and very proactive in painting the big picture while educating me about the nitty gritty details. Another Update

Recently I had to include my parents to the lease and this entailed addition to the existing renters policy. We all know how tough it is working with apartment administrations to get this done but kudos again to this StateFarm agency. GK , my agent rep assisted me with this issue and such great feedback and quick turn around all the way. With a smile and super amazing service GK was on top of her game and did amazing in getting this turned around for me with whatever information I could provide. Kudos again to this team. They never cease to surprise me.
