This store, it's staff and the owner are simply amazing!! I did a lot of shopping on this trip and if I could I would give this more than 5 stars! Great selection of everything you could be looking for. They will personalize want ever you pick out. This was the best shop I was in, hands down. I review a lot if places in my travels and this one is one I simply can not say enough good things about. If you are in the area, go there! You won't find friendlier people or better deals anywhere close to Custer. This shop also needs a " shout out" for going the extra mile. I happened to have my autistic 6 year old grandson with me. We bought tons of stuff, but he wanted a bear at this shop. I told him no, you already have a dragon. He was ok with that until we were on the way home. He became obsessed with this " sad, lonely bear, that needed him " I finally found the receipt and a phone number. I called it. ( if you know autistic kids..this is a huge deal) a very nice man took my call and I asked the impossible of him. After explaining, I asked him if I could possibly pay him for the bear and pay to have it shipped to him. He was amazing. He said of course. He sent me pictures of different bears, he took time out of his own life to help console this little 6 year old, whose sad lonely left in the blackhills bear needed him. He found the right bear and he got it sent out to him. Anyone that goes that far to please one customer is almost impossible to find anymore. Besides my personal experience with them, the store is amazing, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, even when very busy. This store is on my highest recommendation list. It's a MUST GO PLACE! I'm not sure about the other reviews but I did not expect to pay close to $40 for a tee shirt! I walked in, it was explained that the first shirt on the rack has a design, but the rest are blank, and you pick out a shirt, then a design and they will imprint the design on to the shirt. Never was it mentioned "for an extra charge". I just got a tee shirt for $19.00 (which you could buy for 5 at a non-tourist shop), then picked a design from the wall and the total came out to $39.23. I don't see that as a great price, I see it as a rip off especially since the salesperson never said that there was a charge for the design, nor is there any signage in the store stating it. I got 2 sweatshirts across the street for less than that! I don't know if I'll go back to that area but I would definitely never shop there again or the other store with...

Ryan and Brooke were absolutely WONDERFUL and their merchandise was amazing! Ryan worked with my wife and I and ended up giving is a GREAT DEAL on a hoodie and a t-shirt for our sons! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs or wants that type merchandise!! I especially loved how he treated me as a combat veteran as well as my wife!
