Black Hills Burger & Pizza Co. – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stopped in and tried the pizzas 🍕 — and wow, amazing!

I had the “Cheesy Cheesy” pizza 🧀🧀 — cut into perfect little squares so I could dip each one into the marinara 🍅. The cheese stretch was next-level, gooey pulls that make you smile every time 😋. Garlic sauce had outstanding flavor, and the crust hit that sweet spot: doughy inside, crispy on the outside. Honestly, I’d rank this in my Top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had, hands down. Like most great pizzas, it’s best eaten hot right out of the oven 🔥 — which is exactly how they served it. I washed it down with a Pepsi 🥤 (though I’ll always be a Coke guy 😉).

My wife went with the Vegetarian pizza 🥦🍅 on a cauliflower crust and absolutely loved it. The sauce had great flavor, there was a generous amount of veggies (no skimping here), and the crust was soft and enjoyable — none of that rock-hard cauliflower base you often get elsewhere. • 🧀 Cheesy Cheesy Pizza – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (square cut + marinara dipping heaven) • 🥦🍅 Vegetarian w/ Cauliflower Crust – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (flavorful sauce, plenty of veggies, soft crust) • 🥫 Garlic Sauce – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • 🪑 Atmosphere – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (fun and welcoming) • 🤝 Service – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (we came close to closing and they still took care of us without rushing us — much appreciated 🙏)

Overall, this place nails it. Between the flavor, variety, and atmosphere, Black Hills Burger & Pizza Co. is a must-stop and easily one of the best pizza experiences...

This meal was a 5 year pilgrimage in the making. My wife has not stopped talking about the Bleu cheese burger since she went with family. She has always wanted to go back here. As we sat down at the restaurant she said "The only thing you'll dislike about this burger is that it is 13 hours away from home". I didn't buy the hype. I wasn't a believer. But my eyes have been opened.

This restaurant is a shining shrine to burgerdom. Expertly crafted beef morsels await you in various shapes and sizes. There is a burger for every person, no matter the astrological sign. Fear not, Virgos and Leos - Black Hills B&B has you covered. They also have three non-meat burgers and buffalo burgers. We ate the Black Hills Blues and the Hot Granny - both astounding. The fried pickles appetizer redefined what a pickle could be. My wife also loved her sweet potato fries. As she said, everything in this restaurant is sprinkled with a little bit of heaven.

These burgers have the perfect balance of juicy-ness without being too thick. The combination of toppings make classic combinations like peanut butter and jelly seem like child's play.

When we were planning our summer trip to South Dakota, I said to my wife "Are you planning this trip just to go to that burger place?". She responded by saying "HEY!!! 😠 ....yeah ☺️". She was totally justified. Move over Custer State Park, Black Hills Burger and Bun is the crown jewel...
