Citi Trends — Local services in Cutler Bay

My wife and I are loyal Senior Citizen shoppers and was totally disrespected by the Manager here at Cititrends, Southland Mall Cutler Ridge, FL. The posted store policy clearly states "merchandise can be returned without a receipt as long as the item can be identified as Cititrend's merchandise". The Manager on duty did not honor the posted store policy. She became rude, loud, embarrassing and belittling as "we" attempted to voice the store policy to her. She stated "she is the store policy"! We were appalled at such unbecoming, ignorant behavior!! I have posted her picture due to she was not wearing a name tag. Her degrading, poor customer service reflects the entire company's demeanor. I recommend TERMINATION, and additional training for the remaining personnel. Please respond; for we still haven't gotten our rightful refund!... See her face below ⬇️ Terrible...
