Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

I explained to the Spanish Cuban lady Rogelio menedez at the register, that she charged me for all large on my order and immediately she starts having an attitude and acting extremely rude , with me in front of other guest and people in the dining area. I explained to her to be professional and she kept talking about it and a rude and unprofessional manner. This place must hire anyone ? Or the manager has the same level of professionalism as the employees. You have to cater to the customers and ensure that all there demand and services are being followed by excellent customer service. It was not about the price, the lady states I have to read the register screen , and she does not have to ask me what size I want ? Really every you to they ask medium or large . I didn’t know you start with the highest size first . It cost more money , it was like 40$ dollars, and then I’ve been to other Charley’s they add the fries in another box they put a little bit of fries . How is that large ? Y’all need to train your people and correct this behavior. You can’t have employees talk down to customers. Please address this with your staff don’t just be letting stuff go cause this will cost you business...

I hope they closed this place down the worse sub I ever eaten..smh I pay for a large sub that was 11.89 not even a combo just to have a half meat on my food. I took pictures.smh please don't waste your time go to miami sub where you pay 8.99 for a full sub with a combo.smh.. they give me a Receipt with no Contact number that I could reach for the company number or speak to someone that is running this place.. the best part is when I ask for a cup of water they told me no we have no water.smh so you mean to tell me I'm spending 11.89 and I cant get a single water...I love Charlie's when it first came out.. I used to go their a lot even had the card where they punch holes on them when you get 10 you get the next one free, but now I will never ate their ever again.. if your black please avoid this place the energy their is so nasty.. im a nice person.... that I went to DQ smoothies to get me a tropical pin acolada and tip the girl 3 dollars tip because she was so sweet to me.. she greet me with respect and didn't see colors.. so sad when people think you don't have money go sit down...

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. I came here for the old school philly..I got a large and paid almost $15. I saw the picture and it looked so good I had to try it. Unfortunately for me when I got the sub it didn't look like the picture at all. It barely had any meat on it. It was basically all bread and the meat didn't even cover the bread.. it was basically a bread sandwich with meat as a topping that's how horrible it looked. I told the guy who made it and he said that's extra meat. I said are you serious and I asked for my money back. I was told that they are not allowed to do refunds and that the sandwiches never look like the pictures but they could make another one in which they did and it was better but it def didn't look like the pic again. I should of taken a picture to show but I gave the sub back so they could remake it.. what a waste if money and time..... Its sad when a company rather get rich trying to make money off of 1 time costumers by rationing the meat on the sandwiches instead of making a delicious sub and gaining a repeat...
