Dr. Hibachi LLC Food Truck — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

The food truck was in our neighborhood and smelled so good I walked down to get some. Having never ordered from these guys before, I didn’t see the sign that the meals come with rice and there’s an up charge for the noodles. Besides that I ordered the combo which said rice and noodles. When I questioned the girl about rice vs noodles and that in taking my order no one asked me which I wanted. She states it’s on the sign. So I go look at the sign and see it says both so I ask again saying I don’t understand her sign since it says both. She starts to get all huffy that the rice included is at the top of the sign. So I ask again then why does it say both under combo. Then she says not very nicely, if you got the combo, then you get both. Ok, chill out and have some patience with us newbies. Don’t need to be rude about it. Probably won’t order here again with this kind of customer service!! And after all that, the noodles I wanted so bad were way too...

This food truck was phenomenal. Two guys were running the show when we pulled up. My partner ordered steak and shrimp and I ordered chicken and vegetables. The menu is simple, few options, and easy to read. Hibachi is expensive, but for this type of food, they are very reasonably priced. It was a good size meal for lunch and I was definitely full afterward. You can choose if you want rice or noodles, and I suggest the noodles! Our order was ready in about 3 minutes. I was so surprised. It was piping hot, delicious, and full of flavor. My only problem is they aren't at city hall...

Oooommmggggg!!! I tried them for the first time tonight at the Glow in Stow Christmas event, and it was ridiculously GOOD!!! The rice was INCREDIBLE!! The YUM YUM sauce IMMACULATE!!! To be 100% honest, I was not expecting it to taste the way it did coming from a food truck. But man, oh,man!!! Totally blows Hibachi Express out of the water!!!! The food was awesome, just awesome!!!
