Dale from Rick's was just here and did a great job for us! He arrived less than a half hour from our call and serviced us in no time flat. Dale was extremely professional yet such a nice down to earth Guy. Between Rick on the phone and Dale's service call, we learned a lot too. We definitely found our new electrician should we need assistance again. And if one is concerned about electrical costs, they are very very fair and reasonable....

Sandy took my call and scheduled a service call on a day I could be home. Adam was dispatched and found the fault inside of a basement porcelain socket assembly that also affected another light fixture. The issue was solved with new wire nuts and reassembly of the socket.
