Awesome selection of eclectic designs, and I love the local culture swag. I had an awesome experience here a couple months ago, when I stopped in for an OSU inspired shirt I needed for work the next day. I saw a design I loved on a shirt, but really wanted it on a hoodie, so I wouldn't freeze all day at work. The owner happily offered to screen print that design on a hoodie if I had a bit of time, so I hung out next door at Hi Ho and had a beer while he printed my shirt. My husband and I love local t-shirts and our favorite local shop is the Social Department. This is a great place for comfortable, quality shirts with Akron and Cleveland themes (especially if you are looking for more interesting Indians, Cavs, or Browns apparel!). The entrance is to the side of HiHo brewery, and the staff is very friendly. If you want a print on a different color, wait and have a beer at HiHo while the staff prints oen to your specification. This is a Northeast Ohio staple! Social Dept has the best clothes for locals and visitors. I absolutely love all their designs. The owner and everyone who works here is absolutely amazing! They are incredibly kind and helpful and such an important part of our community.
