I found Media Obsessions through a Google search and I am so glad I did! Jason came to my home to give me a quote for a media room in my basement. I was impressed with him before he ever spoke a word as he took his shoes off first thing when he walked in my front door! We built our home in 2020 and dealt with multiple vendors and subcontractors. To have someone come in and be respectful of our space meant the world to us! He came back and personally installed our media equipment and it is awesome. If it were not for the presence of the new media equipment we would not know he had been there (he cleaned up after install). I was totally impressed with him throughout our entire relationship and will not hesitate to call on him again in the future! Thank you so much...

Terrible place! SUPER RUDE!! The guy came out and aggressively yelled at us and threatened to have our car towed. Legally they are NOT allowed to do that because they do not have any signs posted stating it is a tow-away area, which in the state of Ohio as for 2015 if you wish to have a tow-away area you have to have a sign approved and posted. Or even just a sign that states "Customer parking only." I don't know if this guy was just on a power trip, but that does not give you the right to threaten people to have their car towed when you have nothing legally posted stating so. Will not go back and will not ever recommend this...

We contracted with Jason as we were designing our kitchen, to add a frame TV to our new, updated space. Jason was highly communicative, easy to work with, and his team was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was there at the outset to install a special niche for the brains of the TV when the kitchen was down to the studs, and came back at completion (many months later) to install the actual TV and frame. It turned out perfectly, and we couldn't be happier. Looking forward to finding other projects for this...
