I go to this Whataburger during the night in the overnight shift often multiple times a week and I have to say that this restaurant in the overnight hours when Annabelle is working Annabelle is working Annabelle is working is the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant or really any restaurant especially when Annabelle is working but all the time it's the best experience I've ever had at any restaurant but especially a fast food restaurant she has always gone over and above what would be necessary considered great service considered exceptional service and she does it with a smile.. she is always quick to greet you even if there are several people standing there waiting for orders she will touch base with you every couple minutes if you're waiting for a large order or it's just busy and you're waiting for a small order and let you know what's going on with your order and I've watched her do it numerous times with 4,,5, or 6 people standing up there with their phones wanting online orders in a hurry all about themselves and have a dining room full of customers as well and she never gets flustered she is polite to her employees the customers and even the ones that don't deserve it that are clearly rude to her not using common sense to look and watch and realize that food can only cook so fast and that the humans just like they are they are working preparing the orders are all seamlessly flowing doing a great job under her leadership whoever is in charge of promotions and or pay raises at the Whataburger Corporation or if this is a franchise store either way septic notice and appreciate if they don't already Annabelle and her overnight staff at the Whataburger at Spring Cypress Road...

Read moreI didn't give a one star because my order was correct & I was given both sauces I asked for (doesn't happen 99% of the time at other fast food restaurants) & of course the food is SO GOOD! I got in drive thru around 10:30pm. I sat in line for almost, if not more than, 20 minutes. The vehicle in front of me was asked to pull up which they did no big deal. The drive thru attendant went out to bring the food to the customer after I paid for my meal. (mind you we have already waited almost if not more than 20 minutes) The guy was walking so SLOW to bring the food out & so SLOW to come back to the window. I worked in fast food before. Considering the customers waited SO LONG in the drive-thru, he could have walked faster to show he was a least bit concerned to get the customers in & out. He then proceeds back to the window to ask me to pull up. I kindly said No thanks, I'm not moving up. He said no you're not. I said No, I'm not, Sorry. I know moving up helps their timing ratio per meal. Not gonna happen tonight; especially how slow he was walking like it was...
