Worse experience possibly. So everytime I go there Albert orga I believe Hispanic male seems to be in 50-60 white grey hairs in his chin light hair line kinda boldish. This manger in particular makes it a point to stare intense at me from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave. I never have a problem with the staff always friendly with me but he makes me feel so uncomfortable with his staring it never with hospitality or smile blank stares that feels like it comes with judgement this happened all 3 times I have came there but this lastest incident toke the cake . So after my transition was done I was outside he follows and approached me to have a conversation. Well that conversation he was being very defensive and it felt confrontational because he attitude and demeanor wasn't trying to solve the issue. I told him why I feel the way even told him your manger and you followed me and you not trying to make it right and apologize. He said I will not apologize because I did nothing wrong after I explained my problem. So the end result was I told I can't back to store even though I didn't cause a problem with the staff and the manger followed me outside to have a conversation just to be defensive and confrontational and not even solve the problem. Not to mention I had to also tell him to back up and don't touch me because he invaded my personal space got way to close to me as if he wanted to grab me or put his hands on me. And this is a manger really this mangers that chick fil a hired to be rude to customers, be confrontational and not even fix the problem and make the situation worse than what it needed to be . Read moreI'm giving this location 2 stars due to the lack of consideration the people at the drive thru have. I stopped for breakfast this morning (09/14/2015) at 7:40. I pulled up in the left lane as the drive thru attendant was finishing up an order in the right. As the customers in the right lane pulled away, nobody ever came on the intercom. I waited patiently. Then another customer pulls up in the right lane and I hear the attendant take their order. I continued to wait patiently. Once they were finished, I said "hello" just in case they didn't know I was there. No response. By this time, she's taking another person's order in the right lane. So I decide to just pull up. When I got to the window, I explained I hadn't ordered yet because nobody would take my order. The response I got was.. "The microphone went out, what you want?!" Really?? So because your microphone went out, you're just going to help everyone else without having the courtesy to come let me know that the microphone went out? Then, as I'm ordering, I order a fruit cup with apples only. The attendant proceeded with an attitude (like she's the one who's actually going to have to make my fruit cup). Sorry - I'm not going to pay $3 to eat a third of a fruit cup. It'd be different if I went to McDonalds or Whataburger.. you expect that from those places. But this is Chick Fil A. The attendants are supposed to make your experience a great one, that's what Chick Fil A is known for. But I did not receive one apology for the inconvenience. Read moreI put in a CURBSIDE order the other day. Waited 20 minutes for them to come out with my meal. The app even asked me if i had received my order yet. They never brought it out. My husband went inside to see what was taking so long. They didnt know where they had placed our food until ANOTHER customer that was also doing curbside pointed at a bag of food on the pick up counter. He was also going inside to see what the deal was with his food. Apparently they made a mistake and placed it in the inside pick up area. The manager was so snarky and tried to hand the old food to my husband. My husband had to ask for fresh food. I submitted feedback via the app and received a call today. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy. Whoever called said that the reason why they had put it in the Pick up area was bc i had chosen that in the app. Which i did not. App would not have asked me for what parking # i was in if that was the case. Also tried to give an excuse that the manager tried to hand us old food because they knew they would have to throw it away. That is not our problem. It would have been different if they said to take the old food and wait for fresh food that way they didn't waste it. But that wasn't the case.
