The store has great items, however the managers need customer service training. This was my first time coming to the store, as I walked towards one of the managers to ask about a $200 furniture question since it had cracks on it. As I said hi to her she immediately cut me off and told me "I can't help you" and pushed a "need assistant " button to get someone to come help me, just for that employee to reach out back to the manager about the concerns I had thru his walkie talkie headset to answer my question. As I continue to shop around I was looking at the rug section, another manager was putting away an employee ladder. She then looked at me and said "don't climb on this okay! Don't climb on it". I'm not sure if she was trying to be funny but the attitude towards the way she said it was off and ofcourse I would not climb an employee ladder! I was just looking through the rug section, she talked to me as if I was stupid. I ignored her lack of customer service and proceeded to ask for help as I was going to purchase a rug i liked, the both managers looked at one of the employees passing by and referred to him as "kid" to help me. It seems as they are taking advantage of their higher authority a little too much and need be humbled by upper management. I've worked in retail and that's no way to treat customers or employees specially refered to a young gentleman as "kid", so rude! The gentlemen that did help me was nice and professional. The cash register girl had an amazing attitude and super friendly. Thank yall both for being so helpful and being more professional than your actual managers. If i could rate management separately I would which would be a 0, get more customer...

I kindly declined and she responded with surprise, saying “you don’t want to donate to kids with cancer?” I was beyond shocked at her response. I told her, no, I do not donate to charities I don’t know. She then says to me “it’s only .53” WOW. My jaw dropped. I’ve never had anyone push a donation at a store , ever! She then hands me my receipt with a flyer that I figured is about the charity, because as she hands it to me she says “here, in case you want to come back to donate”
RUDE!!! And...
