Puer Tea & Coffee — Restaurant in Cypress

I never never complain anything . Today, I'm very upset after I talked with the guy who is cured hair. My friend ordered some drinks and food at Puer through Uber eats app. We're loyal customer here, we ordered Breads, drinks many times. They made wrong before, but we didn't say anytime to them. But Today, we ordered almost 10 drinks. In the order , we ordered 2 drinks of brown sugar boba milk. We didn't get it. 2 drinks we received are Milk Tea ( no boba). Its weekend, I'm really want to have boba milk tea. I want to drink something sweet. That's why I drove 10 mins to change the drink. I talk to them can change the other for me. You did wrong. Omg, I have to wait them to call my friend who helped me to take order. He talked to her so long just check about order and he asked her to take pictures of the drinks. Its just one drink we want to change. They made wrong two, but I just change one. I asked him, it's just want to change my drink, why you take so long to solve it. i asked him, ok I order my new drink and pay for it. He says ok, He will make brown sugar boba , if I pay for this. Omg. Its just one drink, do I need to lie them. 1 hours until I asked him , I want to talk to manager. My friend who helped me to order from Uber app, she6very upset and come the shop to talk to him too. I don't want to talk to him anymore. How is customer service, I can't believe it's just one drink, it's hard for them to change. He doesn't say sorry to me. ETA After I asked to talk his manager and he called to talk to manager, he changed the drink for me but his face is not happy to do this and he didn’t say Sorry. I feel not well , the drink is not good after I had another drink with his bad attitude . I think he still doesn’t know what he did to customer. He try to keep that he’s not wrong. Did I do something wrong to him? Or he’s wrong to me? Why was he attitude to me? I’m customer, I order and pay for the orders, I don’t beg to have the drink. I pay for orders and I just want change the drink I paid. It’s really bad customer service first time...

Me and my family have been coming here for awhile now😍😊 We adore the place!! Closest one in our neighborhood of Fry road and hwy 529🚗🚦 Even though I noticed the cups got smaller🤨🫣🥴We still appreciate the neighborhood coffee shop☕☕🍵🍵🧋🧋🥤🥤 They are so nice, sweet and accommodating for the community🖤🤎☺️😊 I am assuming that's the owner I always speak to, when I am trying to get my free stuff military discount or use my coupons or him just speaking in general He's a very sweet man. I remember a woman used to be here also that might be the owner also ☺️😊 But he is so awesome and he makes sure me my husband and my kids get what we want even though it might say something different in the coupon or whatever He's very accommodating 😚😚😉😉 Love the way they have coupons set up and I get text messages even though we don't celebrate the holidays I still come by because the coffee is good and the atmosphere is relaxing!! Even when I want to do some work they have free Wi-Fi a machine that you can order from when the line is long it's all around relaxing place!!☕🍵🧋🥤😍 The baby's behind the register are always willing to help you with anything!! UPDATE: They have kindly responded to my issue and have great customer service when handling issues like this! Very kind! ———————————————————— Hello, I recently visited your bubble tea shop for a free drink as my stamp card was completely filled, all nine stamps including the one for the free drink as the last cashier told me I could get a free drink next time. This was that next time, however when I gave the cashier the stamp card telling him I would like to use my free drink reward. He Informed me that in order to use the free drink reward I would have to purchase another drink to make a possible second drink free which honestly as a customer confused me. It states on the card “Collect 9 stamps and enjoy your 10th on us” “A card with 9 stamps get one Milk Tea for free” which implies that i should have gotten one for free without the need of another purchase. In the end I ended up not using the reward because I did not need two milk teas. I am simply wondering if this is indeed the policy or if he was misinformed, I have been a customer of this establishment for a while and have only had good experiences so I am hoping this was just...
