Now, I do have a few questions as far as, store of the meat. How long is freezer life? Is it better not to freeze and come as needed? How long is refrigerator life? What about meal ideas? Because I’m interested in trying new meats I just don’t know where to start and what idea I could do! Emily was soooo sweet because she sharing how the cheese works in not more of a queso but a sauce. And thoughts got to running though my mind!! I wanted to get some cheese yesterday but I came in late it was my Birthday blah blah blah, but man oh man, I have some meat & cheese questions because I’m nosey! lol! I like to feel like a chef at home and this Market is definitely the beginning stages on my journey!

I recently purchased the meat here with high hopes of enjoying a delicious carne asada. However, my experience left much to be desired. Initially praised for its quality cuts, the butchery now disappointingly falls short. The meat I purchased was not only subpar, but it also contained an unsettling amount of fat, overshadowing any potential flavor of the beef itself.

When it came to seasoning, the marinade was bland and lacked the robust flavor typically associated with carne asada. A great carne asada relies on a well-balanced seasoning to enhance the natural flavors of the meat, but this preparation did not deliver. Instead of the vibrant, mouthwatering taste I expected, I found my meal to be unfortunately lackluster.

Moreover, considering the current prices, I would not recommend this butchery to others seeking quality meat. There are better options available in the area that offer leaner cuts and superior seasoning at comparable prices. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope they can improve the quality of their products to restore their reputation among customers who are looking for a delicious...

I've been passing this place back and forth for a bit now and just wanted to see the prices of the meats available, lots of very well cut , beautifully marbled meats available. Prices are par with the current market. I'll definitely be back for some meats, I did however not want to not buying anything and grabbed 2 candies and a bag of chips. Huge mistake. The candies aren't price marked, so I was thinking the were maybe 6-7 bucks, no they were 10 a piece. The chips were cheaper, the spices were cheaper. I didn't realize it til the end , then I felt guilty and I just paid for it. The candy wasn't great at all, the one one in the cup was extremely small portion.
